FAILURE RESULTS IN INOPERATIVE TRAILER LIGHTING/SIGNALS/BRAKE LIGHTS WHICH IS HAZARDOUS
MODERATE TO HEAVY VIBRATION WHEN BRAKING AT FREEWAY SPEEDS. LOW VIBRATION WHEN BRAKING AT LOWER SPEEDS, 40 OR LESS. TOYOTA HAS REPLACED THE BRAKES TWICE AND WILL DO IT AGAIN ON MONDAY 9/10/01. THIS IS NO GURANTEE THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED. SEVERAL OTHER 2000 AND 2001 TUNRDA SUFFER FROM THE SAME DEFECT. TOYOTA REPEATS THAT THIS IS A ANOYANCE AND NOT A SAFETY ISSUE. ALL TUNRDA OWNERS REGARD IT AS A SAFETY ISSUE, DUE TO THE FACT THIS DEFECT HAS TO DO WITH THE BRAKE SYSTEM. THE ACTUAL CAUSE OF THE VIBRATION IS WARPING OF THE ROTORS WHEN THEY HEAT. SOME TUNDRAS HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE REAR BRAKES, BUT ITS LIMITED.
BRAKE PROBLEM. *LA
I HAVE A 2000 TUNDRA WITH ABOUT 28,000 MILES. IT VIBRATES WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED. THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN REPAIRED FOUR TIMES STARTING AT ABOUT 8,000 MILES; HOWEVER, THE PROBLEM RECURRED. THE DEALER TOLD ME THE FRONT ROTORS HAVE BEEN REPLACED TWICE. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN REPLACED. THEY WERE GROUNDED THREE TIMES. TOYOTA ISSUED A FRONT BRAKE TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN (TSB) ON 03/10/2000 APPLICABLE TO THE 2000 TUNDRA. TOYOTA ISSUED A REAR BRAKE TSB ON 10/17/2000 APPLICABLE TO THE 2000 AND 2001 TUNDRA. TOYOTA ISSUED A REAR BRAKE TSB ON 09/16/2002 APPLICABLE TO THE 2000, 2001 AND 2002 TUNDRA. TOYOTA ISSUED A FRONT BRAKE TSB ON 09/16/2002 APPLICABLE TO THE 2000, 2001, 2002 AND 2003 TUNDRA. ACCORDING TO TOYOTA WRITTEN INFORMATION THE FRONT BRAKE PROBLEM HAS A DEFECTIVE CALIPER ASSEMBLIES. THE REAR PROBLEM IS BRAKE DRUMS WITH INSUFFICIENT MASS AND DEFECTIVE ADJUSTERS. (I GOT TSB AND REPAIR MANUAL INFORMATION ON TECHINFO.TOYOTA.COM AFTER A $50 SUBSCRIPTION FEE.) I PRESENTED ALL THIS TO TOYOTA'S DISPUTE SETTLEMENT MECHANISM UNDER THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY ACT (15 U.S.C. SECTIONS 2301-2312 AND 16 CFR SECTION 703). THE MECHANISM IS ADMINISTERED BY NATIONAL CENTER FOR DISPUTE SETTLEMENT (NCDS). THE TOYOTA REPRESENTATIVE ADMITTED DURING THE HEARING THAT THE BRAKES WERE NON-CONFORMING/DEFECTIVE. THE ARBITRATION PROCESS WAS GROSSLY FLAWED. MOST DEFECTIVE WAS THE ARBITRATOR BASED HIS DECISION ON A NON-APPLICABLE STATE LAW INSTEAD OF THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY ACT. NCDS TOLD HIM TO CONSIDER THE NON-APPLICABLE LAW. MAGNUSON-MOSS IS VERY SPECIFIC IF THEY CAN'T FIX IT AFTER A REASONABLE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS; THEY REPLACE IT OR BUY IT BACK WITH NO DEPRECIATION. I OWN A 2000 TOYOTA TUNDRA LTD PICK-UP I BOUGHT NEW . IT WAS RECALLED 10/2009 FOR RUSTING FRAME WORK, IT IS NOW 2/2010 AND TOYOTA HASN'T SENT ANY RECALL NOTIFICATIONS TO ME. MY FRAME IS CORRODED ON THE HUMP OVER THE REAR TIRES,TO THE POINT OF METAL FLAKING OFF APPROXIMATELY A 1/32 TO 1/16 OF AN INCH ON BOTH SIDES OF THE FRAME. MY QUESTION IS WHEN IS TOYOTA GIVING THE RECALL NOTICE TO US OWNERS? I'M AFRAID THE FRAME MIGHT CRACK WHILE I DRIVING IT !!!!!!!!!!! *TR
BRAKES VIBRATE/PULSE AND STEERING WHEEL "SHIMMIES VIOLENTLY WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED AT SPEEDS ABOVE 40 MPH. VEH CAN BE DIFFICULT TO CONTROL. THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM THAT TOYOTA IS AWARE OF YET THEY REPLACE DEFECTIVE PARTS WITH DEFECTIVE PARTS RATHER THAN COMING UP WIOTH A RE-DESIGN AND TRUE FIX. WHEN VEHICLE IS PARKED IN HIS DRIVEWAY LOATED ON A SLOP SEAT BELT RETRACTOR WILL NOT ALLOW CONSUMER TO RELEASE BELT IN ORDER TO WEAR RESTRAINT BELT. CONSUMER MUST PULL OUT INTO ROAD ON LEVEL GROUND, AND THEN PUT SEAT BELT ON. DEALERSHIP AND MANUFACTURER ARE NOT WILLING TO REMEDY THIS PROBLEM. WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL IS DEPRESSED PEDAL SHIMMIES AND SHAKES SEVERELY. THE PROBLEM IS WORSE WHEN DRIVING ON AN INCLINE. TURNED THE ROTORS TWICE IN ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. ON 06/15/2001 MY 2000 TOYOTA TUNDRA RECEIVED WARRANTY REPAIRS AS FOLLOWS: REPLACED FRONT ROTORS, FRONT PADS, REAR DRUMS, REAR BRAKE SHOES, REAR PARKING BRAKE ADJUSTMENT STRUT KITS ON BOTH WHEELS. ALL WORK WAS NECESSARY DUE TO VIBRATION DURING BRAKING ABOVE 40 MPH. CLASSIC TOYOTA IN ROUND ROCK, TEXAS DID THE WARRANTY WORK AND TOLD ME THERE WAS A TSB CALLING FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PARKING BRAKE ADJUSTMENT STRUTS. ADDITIONALLY, I WAS TOLD THIS ACTION WOULD FIX THE VIBRATION PROBLEMS. MY BRAKES OPERATED SMOOTHLY FOR APPROX. 3,000 MI. MY TRUCK ONCE AGAIN VIBRATES DURING BRAKING CONDITIONS ABOVE 40 MPH. THIS CONDITION CAUSES EXCESSIVE VIBRATIONS THAT POSE SAFETY CONCERNS, MOST ESPECIALLY IN WET OR HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT CLASSIC TOYOTA IN ROUND ROCK, TEXAS AND THEY HAVE INDICATED THERE ARE OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH REPEAT BRAKE ISSUES SIMILAR TO MINE. I INQUIRED ABOUT A PERMANANT SOLUTION ISSUE FROM TOYOTA AND WAS TOLD THERE ISN'T ANY INFORMATION TO SUPPORT THIS. I FREQUENT A TUNDRA OWNERS' WEBSITE AND HAVE DISCOVERED THIS IS A WIDE-SPREAD PROBLEM. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT HOW LONG TOYOTA WILL CONTINUE TO REPLACE AFFECTED BRAKE PARTS BEFORE CLAIMING IT A WEAR ISSUE. BRAKES HAD TO BE REPLACED AFTER EACH FAILURE DUE TO OIL CONTAMINATION. *AK
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 TOYOTA TUNDRA. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING DOWN AN INCLINE APPROXIMATELY BETWEEN 35-45 MPH, ON NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS. WHILE PRESSURE WAS APPLIED TO THE BRAKE THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY. THE DRIVER WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE IN OPERATION. THE FAILURE OCCURRENCES WERE DURING TRAVEL ON; AN DOWNWARD INCLINE, HIGH RATE OF SPEED ON A HIGHWAY, AND EXITING FROM A RAMP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS FOR THE IDENTICAL FAILURES. THE FAILURE WAS CONTRIBUTED TO WARPED ROTORS. THE FRONT ROTORS, REAR DRUMS AND SHOES WERE REPLACED. THE FAILURE CONTINUED AFTER THE REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED AT THIS TIME. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,125. UPDATED 04-15-10 *BF UPDATED 08/26/10
VEHICLE SKAKES VIOLENTLY WHEN GOING AT 65 MPH OR DURING BRAKING. *AK
I HAVE A 2000 TOYOTA TUNDRA THAT HAS HAD FRONT BRAKE PROBLEMS. AT 19,000 MILES I HAD TO HAVE DISCS TURNED AND AGAIN AT 38,000 MILES DISC WARPAGE CAUSED A NEEDED REPLACEMENT OF DISCS. UPON GOING ON INTERNET AND DOING A SEARCH I FOUND MANY OWNERS OF THE TUNDRA HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THEIR SOLUTION WAS TO GO TO THE DEALER AND INFORM THEM OF THE PROBLEM, WHICH I DID AND THEY AGREED TO REPLACE THE CALIPERS ON THE FRONT BRAKES AND I PAID FOR LABOR. PROBLEM SOLVED FOR ABOUT 8,000-9,000 MILES AND WARPAGE HAS OCCURRED AGAIN. I FEEL THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RECALL SINCE THE DEALER RECOGNIZED THE PROBLEM AND THE MANUFACTURER AGREED TO PAY FOR PARTS, SINCE THERE WAS 6 OR 7 SERVICE BULLETINS ON THE VIBRATION OF THE FRONT BRAKES. I WAS TOLD HAD I GONE TO THE DEALER FIRST THAT THEY WOULD HAVE REPLACED THE WHOLE THING AS A REPAIR, WHICH UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES BRAKES ARE A MAINTENANCE ISSUE NOT A DESIGN FLAW. *LA
I HAVE A 2000 TOYOTA TUNDRA WHICH HAS HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKES. THE FRONT BRAKES WERE "REPAIRED" WITHIN THE FIRST 4,000 MILES OF DRIVING BUT THE FRONT DISC ROTORS CONTINUE TO WARP WITHIN 10-15,000 MILES OF ADDITIONAL "REPAIRS". THE REAR BRAKES ARE FREQUENTLY BATHED IN OIL FROM LEAKING REAR-ED SEALS CAUSED, I'M TOLD, BY PLUGGED REAR-END VENTS. THE VENT HAS BEEN CLEANED OR REPLACED AND THE REAR SEALS REPLACED FIVE TIMES IN THE HISTORY OF THE CAR (NOW 109,000 MILES). THE BIAS BETWEEN THE BRAKES IS EXTREMELY FAVORING THE FRONT BRAKES AND THE ABS HAS NOT WORKED FOR SOME TIME. PANIC BRAKING, ESPECIALLY IN RAIN-SOAKED OR SNOW-COVERED SURFACES ENTIRELY IS ENTIRELY INSUFFICIENT AND DANGEROUS. I HAVE BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED BY TOYOTA'S RESPONSIVENESS TO THESE PROBLEMS AND SEEMING INABILITY TO FIX THESE PROBLEMS. I'VE READ NUMEROUS SIMILAR COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER TUNDRA OWNERS. THIS IS A PERVASIVE, PERSISTENT AND LIFE-THREATENING DESIGN FLAW THAT IS, APPARENTLY, UNFIXABLE. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 TOYOTA TUNDRA. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE TAIL LIGHT BULBS FELL OUT OF THE SOCKET WITHOUT WARNING. THE BULBS WERE REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS EXCLUDED FROM NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 99V347003 (EXTERIOR LIGHTING). THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
FRONT ROTORS AND REAR DRUMS ARE WARPING ABOUT EVERY 15,000 MILES REQUIRING REPLACEMENT OF ROTORS, DRUMS, SHOES, AND PADS. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS NEW. SEVERAL TSB'S HAVE BEEN ISSUED ON THIS SUBJECT TO NO AVAIL. MY CONCERN IS THAT THERE IS A DESIGN FLAW IN THE BRAKE SYSTEM THAT MAY LEAD TO EITHER CATASTROPHIC OR REPETITIVE SYSTEM FAILURE WHICH MAY IN TURN LEAD TO PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT THE BRAKES ARE NOT PROPERLY DESIGNED AND TOYOTA SHOULD ISSUE A RECALL TO RECTIFY. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THERE IS STILL A PROBLEM THAT HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. IF IT NOT WITH THE BRAKES, I WOULD NOT BE SO ALARMED.
REAR SEALS REPEATEDLY LEAK, CAUSING BRAKE FLUID ON REAR BRAKE DRUMS, RESULTING IN THE FAILURE OF THE REAR BRAKES. FIRST FAILURE REPORTED ABOVE. ADDITIONAL FAILURES AS FOLLOWS: 6/12/2001, 21961 MILES; 8/03/2001, 30046 MILES; 11/02/01, 40300 MILES; 9/21/02, 91056 MILES; AND NOW AGAIN 10/23/02, 96473 MILES. SEALS ON BOTH REAR WHEELS LEAK, NOT JUST ONE SIDE. I NOW HAVE PUDDLES OF BRAKE FLUID UNDER MY WHEELS IN THE GARAGE. DT
MY 2000 TUNDRA TRD 4X4 V-8, AUTO TRANS DEVELOPED AN ENGINE NOISE WITHIN THE FIRST 10,000 MILES AND FIRST YEAR OF OWNERSHIP. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP, GODFREY TOYOTA OF CADILLAC, MI AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM. AT APPROXIMATELY 78,000 MILES, THE O2 SENSOR FAILED, AS IDENTIFIED TO ME BY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. THE DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT REPLACED MY SENSOR, AND INITIALLY BILLED ME FOR THE WORK. WHEN I ASKED THE MECHANIC, HE IDENTIFIED THE OCCURRENCE OF AN EXTENDED SERVICE BULLETIN ON THE O2 SENSOR. HE FURTHER IDENTIFIED THE REASON FOR THE NOISE WAS THE CRACKED MANIFOLD, THAT HAD APPARENTLY OCCURRED WITHIN THE FIRST 10,000 MILES OF DRIVING. HE INDICATED THE NOISE WAS WORSE WHEN THE ENGINE WAS COLD AND THAT AFTER DRIVING AWHILE, THE CRACKED TENDED TO CLOSE UP AND REDUCE THE NOISE. HE FURTHER INDICATED THAT IF THE O2 SENSOR HAD NOT COME OUT, THAT TOYOTA WOULD HAVE REPLACED THE MANIFOLD AND SENSOR AT THE SAME TIME, AT NO CHARGE. MY CHIEF CONCERN WITH THE CRACKED MANIFOLD IS THE POSSIBLE REDUCTION IN LIFE OF THE ENGINE DUE TO EXHAUST LEAKAGE, SECONDARILY TO VEHICLE OCCUPANTS DURING ANY EXTENDED IDLING, SOMETHING I PERSONALLY DO NOT OFTEN DO. *NM
DRUMS HAVE BEEN REPLACED 3 TIMES ,FRONT ROTORS REPLACED 2 TIMES, FRONT PADS REPLACED 2 TIMES,REPLACEDREAR SHOES1 TIME,REPLACED RIGHT SIDE AXLE AND STUDS,CUT DRUMS 2 TIMES,CUT ROTORS 1 TIME
2000 TOYOTA TUNDRA BRAKING PROBLEMS.THIS TRUCK HAS HAD THE FRONT BRAKES FIXED 4 TIMES AND THE BACK 4 TIMES.IT STARTED AT 16583 MILES AND HAS CONTINUED SINCE.NOW AT 63000 MILES IT WILL TAKE $$3200$$ TO THEY SAY FIX THE PROBLEM.I HAVE ALREADY SPENT $$1500$$ ON BRAKING PROBLEMS AND STILL NO FIX. BETWEEN TOYOTA AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DON'T HELP YOU THEY WOULD RATHER ARGUE ABOUT IT THAN TO FIX THIS VERY DANGEROUS PROBLEM. EVERY 5000 TO 10000 MILES THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN REPAIRED AT TOYOTA DEALERSHIPS .
SINCE WE HAVE PURCHASED THIS TRUCK WE HAVE HAD THE BRAKES REPLACED THREE TIMES. THIS HAS BEEN DONE IN A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS. WE HAVE A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY INVESTED IN THIS VEHICLE AND NOW THE WARRANTY WILL BE RUNNING OUT SOON FORCING US TO ABSORB THE COST OF REPLACING BRAKES EVERY 15000 MILES. WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY AND HAVE NO DIRECTION TO GO. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 TOYOTA TUNDRA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS AND APPLYING THE BRAKES, A VIBRATION WAS PRESENT FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE DEFECT WAS MORE SEVERE AT HIGHER SPEEDS OF 40 MPH AND ABOVE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BRAKES WERE FAULTY. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKES WERE REPLACED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO OCCUR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 22,000.
"EXTERIOR LIGHTS TAIL LIGHTS RECALL" SINCE I'VE OWNED THIS TRUCK SINCE 2000, I'VE HAD ISSUES WITH THE REAR TAIL LIGHTS SOCKET BULB COMING LOOSE AFTER AWHILE DRIVING. AND MY TRUCK IS NOT COVERD IN THE RECALL FOR THIS ISSUE. DONT KNOW THE REASON WHY.
OIL DIPSTICK IS INCORRECTLY CALIBRATED OR IS TOO SHORT, CAUSES OVERFILL OF OIL UPON CHANGING OIL. SHOULD TAKE ONLY 6.5 QUARTS OF OIL VERSUS 7.5 WITH THIS DIPSTICK.*AK

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME MY BRAKE SYSTEM HAS HAD TO BE REPLACED DUE TO VIBRATIONS AND WARPAGE THAT ALMOST CAUSED A WRECK. *AK
MANUFACTURER DEFECT WITH REAR BRAKE DRUMS AND FRONT ROTORS AND PADS. VEHICLE BEGAN VIBRATING BADLY WHEN APPLYING BRAKES. DEALER REPLACED REAR DRUM, FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS AT APPROX. 6000 MILES. NOW AT APPROX. 25K MILES, SAME PROBLEM HAS RETURNED. WITH ONLY 11K MILES MORE WARRANTY LEFT, WILL TOYOTA CONTINUE TO REPLACE THESE DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS PAST THE WARRANTY? I THINK NOT. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO FORCE TOYOTA TO ADDRESS THIS KNOWN PROBLEM.*AK

FRONT DISC BRAKE VIBRATION @ ALL SPEEDS, FOUR WHEEL DRIVE IS VERY POOR WHEN TRACTION OF ONE OR MORE WHEELS IS LOST; WHEEL THAT LOSES TRACTION SPINS WHILE OTHER WHEEL WILL NOT TURN.

NO OTHE RV VEHICLES WERE WITHIN SIGHT AT THE TIME THE WINDOW BLEW OUT. VERY LITTLE GLASS ENTERED THE TRUCK CAB. I EXPERIENCED ONLY A FEW MINOR CUTS.*AK

WHILE DRIVING OVER 30 MPH, WHEN THE BRAKES WERE PRESSED, THE ENTIRE VEHICLE SHUDDERED. THE CONSUMER'S MECHANIC FOUND THAT THE ROTORS WERE "OUT OF ROUND". THE ROTORS WERE MACHINED TWICE FOR THIS PROBLEM. THE DEALER WAS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT DID NOT INFORM THE CONSUMER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. *JB THE VEHICLE WAS FIXED TWO TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. IT WAS FOUND TO BE A BRAKE SYSTEM DEFECT. TOYOTA WOULD NOT COVER REPAIR DUE TO THE VEHICLE BEING OVER 30K MILES. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED REIMBURSEMENT OF THE REPAIR COST. *SC

I OWN A 2000 TOYOTA TUNDRA EXT CAB LIMITED. DURING THE TIME I HAVE OWNED THE VEHICLE I HAVE EXPERIENCED SEVERE VIBRATIONS WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES. I HAVE REPLACED THE PADS AND ROTORS AND THE PROBLEM RETURNS AFTER SEVERAL THOUSAND MILES OF USE. *NM

THE TUNDRA BRAKES NEEDS A RECALL TOYOTA HAS KNOWEN INFO ON THIS TOPIC AND HAS DONE NOTHING TO IMPROVE THIS ISSUE. *AK

REAR BRAKE ADJUSTERS HAD TO BE REPLACED WITH NEW DESIGN. ACCORDING TO DEALER, THEY FAILED TO ADJUST REAR BRAKES, LEAVING BRAKING ONLY ON FRONT BRAKES. CAUSED WARPING OF ROTORS. DEALER REPLACED FRONT PADS, REAR SHOES, MACHINED ROTORS, DRUMS, AND INSTALLED REDESIGNED REAR ADJUSTERS. COVERED BY "SERVICE BULLETIN." FAILURE RESULTED IN SEVERE SLIDING IN SNOW/ICE CONDITIONS. REPAIR COVERED BY "SERVICE BULLETIN." I THINK THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RECALL. HAD THE ROTORS NOT WARPED (CAUSING SEVERE VIBRATION ON BRAKING) I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THE PROBLEM. IT WAS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO STOP IN ICE/SNOW. I KNOW OF ANOTHER TUNDRA OWNER--SAME PROBLEM AND SAME COMPLETE BRAKE SYSTEM OVERHAUL AT LOW MILES. THANK YOU.

SAYS NOTHING WRONG WITH TRUCK!THERE BOSS STEVE EISBAMRTH WILL NOW BUY ME TIRES BUT WON'T ADMIT THE IS A PROBLEM. THIS OFFER DIDN'T HAPPEN UNTILL I TOLD THEM I WAS TURING THIS IN TO NHTSA, THEN THEY WANTED TO KEEP ME QUIET. I AM READY TO TURN THIS TRUCK BACK TO THEM BECAUSE OF THERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD PRODUCT.
