TAKATA RECALL. WAS MADE AWARE OF RECALL VIA THE MEDIA. VERIFIED BY USING WEB SITE AND VIN #. CONTACTED DEALER (MIKE JOHNSON'S TOYOTA OF HICKORY), WAS TOLD MY VEHICLE WAS NOT ON THE LIST. IN DEC. 2015, RECEIVED SAFETY RECALL NOTICE THAT MY VEHICLE WAS INDEED ON THE LIST. CONTACTED DEALER 5 TIMES SINCE, EACH TIME WITH PROMISE TO CHECK AND CALL ME BACK. LAST TIME 2 WEEKS AGO. NO CALL BACK. I NEED (1) REPAIRS DONE, OR (2) WRITTEN NOTICE MY VEHICLE IS SAFE FOR FRONT SEAT PASSENGERS, OR (3) A LOANER VEHICLE. I THINK 3+ MONTHS WITH NO REPAIRS OR EVEN A SCHEDULED REPAIR IS INDEED EXCESSIVE.
2005 TOYOTA TUNDRA. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG MODULE RECALL NOTICE. *SMD UPDATED 11//17/15. *JB
THE DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING RUSTED THROUGH SO THAT THE LUBRICATING FLUID LEAKED OUT ONTO THE ROAD. THIS HAPPENED BOTH WHEN THE TRUCK WAS MOVING AND AT REST. TOYOTA HAD ALREADY REPLACED THE VEHICLE FRAME AS RAPID CORROSION AND RUSTING CAUSED A RECALL. THE DIFFERENTIAL TRANSFERS POWER TO THE REAR WHEELS SO THE LACK OF LUBRICATION COULD HAVE CAUSED THE REAR WHEELS TO LOCK WHILE DRIVING WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR A REAR END COLLISION OR COMPLETE LOSS OF CONTROL AT HIGH SPEED. USED REPLACEMENT DIFFERENTIAL HOUSINGS ARE UNAVAILABLE BECAUSE OF HIGH DEMAND DUE TO FAILURE OF ORIGINALS DUE TO RUST.
TAKATA RECALL HOOVER TOYOTA, BIRMINGHAM AL SAID THEY WOULD NOT DO THE RECALL BECAUSE WE HAD REPLACED THE TRUCKS FAILED COMPUTER WITH A USED MODEL. THEY SAID THAT SINCE WE DID NOT USE AN DEALERSHIP TO DO THE PREVIOUS REPAIR THAT THEY WOULD NOT DO THE AIRBAG REPLACEMENT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HOLD THE CAR UNLESS WE SIGNED A RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM IF WE PICKED UP THE TRUCK WITHOUT PAYING THEM TO REPLACE THE COMPUTER AGAIN. CALLS TO TOYOTA CORPORATE RECEIVED THE SAME RESPONSE. AFTER A COUPLE HOURS OF THREATENING, THEY MANAGED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO REPLACE THE AIRBAG. THEIR REASONING FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO DO THE REPLACEMENT WAS THAT THEY COULD NOT DO A HEALTH CHECKUP ON THE TRUCK BECAUSE THE VIN NUMBER IN THE TRUCKS COMPUTER DID NOT MATCH THE TRUCKS VIN NUMBER.
NOTIFIED OF SAFETY RECALL ON OR ABOUT 6/16/2015, DEALER# D3F, NHTSA ID# 15V285 AND AN INTERIM NOTICE SOMETIME AFTER THAT FOR FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG INFLATORS. AS OF YET NO PARTS HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE IN NJ. AND NO PARTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? TAKATA APPARENTLY KNEW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM SINCE EARLY 2013 AND PARTS ARE STILL NOT AVAILABLE?? AND WHILE MY VEHICLE WASN'T ADDED TO THE LIST UNTIL 6/2015, THE COMPANY KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM WELL BEFORE THAT. HAVING TO WAIT 4-6 MONTHS (IF I'M LUCKY) FOR A RECALLED PART IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I REALIZE THERE ARE MANY, MANY VEHICLES INVOLVED BUT REALLY?? SOME PEOPLE MAY ACTUALLY NOT HAVE THEIR VEHICLES FULLY OPERATIONAL OR SAFE FOR UPWARDS OF 2.5 YEARS? IS TAKATA OR TOYOTA GOING TO PAY US FOR THE TIME THESE VEHICLES ARE NOT FULLY OPERATIONAL BECAUSE WHEN I BOUGHT MY TRUCK I INTENDED ON GETTING FULL SAFE USE OUT OF IT NOT PARTIAL USE. I WENT TO A CERTIFIED TOYOTA DEALER FOR AN OIL CHANGE FEW DAYS AGO AND THEY NOTIFIED ME ABOUT THE MASSIVE CORROSION ON THE FRAME THAT DO NOT REFLECT THE AGE OR THE OVERALL CONDITION OF MY VEHICLE. THEY STRONGLY RECOMMEND ME TO STOP DRIVING THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY DUE TO THE HIGH DEGREE OF DAMAGE ON THE ENTIRE BODY. I JUST BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE FROM GRIECO MAZDA OF DELRAY BEACH ON 10/13/15. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED AT ALL PRIOR TO SELL IT TO ME BECUASE GRIECO MAZDA DID NOT MENTION THIS MASSIVE CORROSION WHILE DOING THE BUSINESS.
I RECEIVED A SAFETY RECALL NOTICE LETTER FROM TOYOTA COMPANY SEVERAL WEEKS AGO INFORMING ME THAT THE PASSENGER AIR BAG IN MY 2005 TOYOTA TUNDRA MAY EXPLODE METAL CHARDS WHEN ACTIVATED WHICH MAY CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH TO THE FRONT SEAT PASSENGER. THEY ADVISED ME THAT REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE NOW, BUT WILL INFORM ME WHEN PARTS ARE MADE AVAILABLE IN THIS GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND THE LOCAL DEALER WILL REPAIR THE VEHICLE. IN THE MEAN TIME THEY SAY "UNTIL THE REMEDY BECOMES AVAILABLE IN YOUR LOCATION, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT OPERATE THE VEHICLE WITH AN OCCUPANT IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT." WHEN I RECEIVED THE LETTER, I CHECKED WITH THE LOCAL TOYOTA DEALER AND THEY INDICATE THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS. SEVERAL WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND I CANNOT SAFELY USE MY VEHICLE. THE LETTER INDICATED THAT TOYOTA WOULD INFORM ME WHEN THE NEW PARTS HAD BEEN PRODUCED AND MADE AVAILABLE TO THE LOCAL DEALER. I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM. THE TOYOTA CO. SHOULD IMMEDIATELY REPAIR MY VEHICLE OR PROVIDE ME A LOANER VEHICLE SO THAT I MAY RESUME MY TYPICAL EVERDAY ACTIVITIES. P.S. THERE HAS NOT BEEN AN INCIDENT. THE AIR BAG IS STILL INTACT, I ONLY INDICATED TODAYS DATE AS" INCIDENT DATE" TO COMPLETE A REQUIRED FIELD ON THE FORM SO IT CAN BE SUBMITTED.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 TOYOTA TUNDRA. WHILE AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WAS INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE MECHANIC OBSERVED THAT THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL WAS SEVERELY CORRODED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.

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
I JUST RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM TOYOTA THAT STATED THEY WERE JUST NOW CONFIRMING THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAGS ON MY TUNDRA NEED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO POSSIBLE DEFECTS. UNFORTUNATELY THAT TRUCK IS NOW IN MY DAUGHTERS POSSESSION IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE WHERE SHE'S ATTENDING COLLEGE. TOYOTA KNEW ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE DEFECTIVE AIR BAGS OVER A YEAR AGO AND NOW THEY'RE JUST BEGINNING TO SEND OUT NOTICES? TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE IS WHEN I CALLED THEIR HOTLINE I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE PARTS IN YET TO FIX THE ISSUE! THAT A SECOND NOTICE WILL COME OUT TO ADVISE US WHEN IT CAN BE TAKING TO A DEALERSHIP TO GET FIXED. I'M GRAVELY CONCERNED BECAUSE AS YOU MAY ALREADY KNOW TENNESSEE IS A VERY HUMID STATE IN THE SUMMER AND THE LETTER STATES THAT HUMIDITY MAY BE A FACTOR. HOW CAN THIS FIX BE EXPEDITED? I TRIED TO KEEP UP WITH ALL THE RECALLS AND THE TRUCK IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, I JUST THINK THAT TOYOTA IS TRYING TO COVER THEIR REAR ENDS BY SENDING THIS LETTER OUT WITHOUT ANY TENTATIVE DATE FOR A RESOLUTION. PLEASE HELP US CONSUMERS...
ON 8/17/15 RECEIVED NOTICE OF A RECALL ON PASSENGER AIR BAG. PER LETTER, I WILL BE CONTACTED WHEN PARTS ARE AVAILABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. IN THE INTERIM, PER TOYOTA, PASSENGERS ARE RECOMMENDED NOT TO USE THE FRONT SEAT. IF I CANNOT HAVE THE FULL USE OF MY VEHICLE, DUE TO A MANUFACTURING ISSUE, THEN TOYOTA SHOULD BE SUPPLYING A SIMILAR VEHICLE UNTIL THEY CAN RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. IN MANY INSTANCES I CANNOT REFRAIN FROM USING THE PASSENGER SEAT. I FEEL THAT THEY WILL BE USING THIS AS AN ESCAPE GOAT, SO THAT THEY ARE NOT LEGALLY LIABLE IN CASE OF ISSUES OR FUTURE INCIDENCE THAT MAY OCCUR. IN THE MEANTIME NO CAN TELL ME WHEN PARTS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE DEALERS HAVE NO IDEAS AS TO WHEN PARTS WILL BE AVAILABLE. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE AND TOYOTA SHOULD BE FORCED TO HAVE TIME SCHEDULES AS TO WHEN PARTS AND REPAIRS WILL BE PERFORMED.

NO COMPLICATIONS AS OF TODAY. 8/15/2015 I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR FRONT PASSENGER AIR BACK AND NOTICE SAID NOT TO USE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT AND PARTS NOT AVAILABLE THAT A SECOND NOTICE WOULD BE SENT WHEN PART WAS AVAILABLE I HAVE HEARD NOTHING UNTIL TODAY 3/12/2016 I RECEIVED A RECALL FOR THE CURTAIN SHEILD AIRBAG (CSA) AIRBAG CONTROL MODULE AND THIS PART IS NOT AVAILABLE I WILL RECEIVE A SECOND NOTICE WHEN IT IS. I LOOKED UP THE RECALLS AND NOTICED THE FIRST PART IS AVAILABLE BUT HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED BY TOYOTA SO I CALLED THE VACAVILLE DEALER THAT SOLD ME THE TRUCK AND WORKS ON IT TO FIND OUT WHY I WAS NOT NOTIFIED AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK IN 5 MIN. I'M STILL WAITING. TOYOTA AND THE DEALERSHIPS NEED TO GET MOVING ON THESE PARTS AND INSTALLATIONS NOW . THE THING I'M MORE WORRIED ABOUT NOW IS THAT WHEN THEY DO REPLACE THE BAGS THEY ARE GOING TO MESS SOMETHING ELSE UP OR PRETEND TO DO IT AND KEEP THE VEHICLE FOR DAYS AS I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN THE PAST EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT AND SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS REPLACING THE BATTERY OR EVEN AN OIL CHANGE I'VE HAD TO RETURN BECAUSE THEY PUT THE OIL FILTER IN WRONG AND LEAKED NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO DRIVE BACK BUT HAD TO WAIT FOR 2 MORE HOURS AT THE END OF THE LINE SPENT A TOTAL OF 4 HOURS WAITING FOR OIL CHANGE A RETURN VISIT TO FIX WHAT WAS NOT DONE RIGHT AND THEN 1/2 HOUR OF WAITING WHEN TRUCK WAS DONE BECAUSE NO ONE CAME TO LET ME KNOW LIKE THEY SAID . I FOUND MY TRUCK IN THE PARKING LOT AND HAD TO FIND SOMEONE TO FIND MY PAPER WORK AND SEE THAT IT WAS DONE ANOTHER 20 MIN.
PER AN URGENT SAFETY RECALL NOTICE I CONTACTED A LOCAL DEALER. FRED ANDERSON OF CHARLESTON, SC. THE DEALERSHIP INFORMED ME THAT THE PARTS NECESARY TO REMEDY THIS RECALL ARE ON INDEFINITE BACK ORDER. THEY REFERRED ME TO TOYAOTA AT 1-800-331-4331 AND THAT THERE IS NO EXPECTED DATE TO GET PARTS TO REMEDY THIS RECALL. I CONTACTED THE SUGGESTED 1-800 NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THAT THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER WAS TO CALL ME BACK WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET AN ANSWER ON A RECALL REMEDY. IT'S BEEN 5 BUSINESS DAYS ADN NO RETRUNED CALL FROM ANYONE AT TOYOTA. MEANWHILE, THE RECAL NOTICE INFOMS ME TAHT NOONE SHOULD RIDE IIN THE PASSENGER SEAT UNTIL REMEDIED. I HAVE A VEHICLE TAHT TOYOTA HAS DEEMED UNSAFE FOR PASSENGERS, BUT HTEY CANNOT KEEP COMMITMENTS ON PHONE CALLS NOR CAN THEY TELL ME WHEN THE RECALL WILL BE REMEDIED.

THEN NOW I RECEIVE A RECALL LETTER IN THE MAIL AND IMMEDIATELY CALL AND SETUP AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I AM FIXING TO LEAVE TOWN FOR A NEW JOB. WE SET ONE UP FOR JULY 30TH AND THEN A FEW DAYS LATER I GET A CALL AND THEY CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE THE AIRBAG PARTS. I LEAVE TOWN THIS WEEKEND, THE 1ST, IN THE TUNDRA WITH THE RECALL AND WILL BE DRIVING AROUND TEXAS DOING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION WORK. I AM TRYING TO WORK WITH THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THINGS DONE BUT THE MANAGER, JEFF, JUST PRETTY MUCH SAID OL WELL WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. HE NEVER OFFERED A RENTAL OR ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE TO THEM NOT HAVING THE PARTS. I GOT A CALL FROM MEGAN AT THE CORPUS DEALERSHIP AND SHE HAS BEEN MORE THAN HELPFUL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT A SOLUTION OR SOME ALTERNATIVE SO I AM NOT DRIVING AROUND IN A DEATHTRAP FOR THE NEXT 6 MONTHS. YOUR RENTAL POLICY WON'T WORK VERY WELL CONSIDERING I WORK 6-7 DAYS A WEEK AND WON'T BE NEAR A DEALERSHIP SO I MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO JUST LEAVE MY NEW JOB TO COME SWITCH VEHICLES WITH YOU. RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM TOYOTA ON JUNE 16 2015 SAYING THAT IT IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE THE CAR WITH SOMEONE IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT DUE TO FAULTY AIR BAG INFLATOR WHICH MAY RUPTURE AND SERIOUSELY INJURE THE PASSENGER. NOTICE SAID THAT THE DEALER WOULD REPLACE THE ITEM WHEN THEY GET THE PARTS. IT IS NOW OCTOBER 2, 2015 AND THE DEALER STIL NOT HAVE THE PART. TOYOTA SAYS THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE AND DOES NOT KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE LARGEST CAR MANUFACTURER IN THE WORLD NOT TO HAVE A PART NEEDED TO FIX A POTENTIALLY FATAL DEFECT OVER 3 MONTHS FROM NOTIFICATION. IN THE MEAN TIME MY USE OF THE TRUCK IS SEVERELY RESTRICTED, I CAN'T SELL THE TRUCK DUE TO DISCLOSURE ISSUES. THIS IS ANOTHER CASE OF PUTTNG CORPORATE PROFITS AHEAD OF CUSTOMER'S LIVES. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER TOYOTA.
RECALL STATES SERIOUS INJURY OF DEATH MAY OCCUR IF AIR BAG DEPLOYS. THIS SERIOUSLY LIMITS THE UTILITY OF THE VEHICLE SINCE NO ONE CAN RIDE IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT - LIMITING THE PASSENGERS TO FOUR. TOYOTA HAS MADE NO EFFORT TO MITIGATE THIS PROBLEM - AN UNKNOWN REPLACEMENT DATE IS NOT A GOOD FAITH EFFORT. TOYOTA NEEDS TO TURN OFF THE PASSENGER AIR BAGS IN THE AFFECTED VEHICLES. TWO DOOR TRUCKS HAVE SWITCHES TO TURN OFF THE AIR BAG WHEN CHILDREN ARE IN THE PASSENGER SEAT. WHY NOT SIMPLY DISCONNECT THE SWITCH SO THAT THE AIR BAG WILL NOT DEPLOY. TO NOT DO SO, DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. I KNOW THAT IF INVOLVED IN A CRASH, AIR BAGS CAN SAVE LIVES - EXCEPT IN THIS CASE WHEN THEY WILL DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD. TOYOTA HAS ABSOLVED ITSELF OF LIABILITY BY PROVIDING NOTIFICATION - BUT 5 MONTHS WITHOUT TAKING ANY KIND OF ACTION TO MITIGATE THE PROBLEM IS EXCESSIVE. IT IS TIME TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM OR I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU TELL TOYOTA THEY NEED TO PROVIDE ME WITH A NEW TRUCK - THAT WOULD PROBABLY GET THEIR ATTENTION. TOYOTA HAS EXTENDED THE WARRANTY ON ALL VEHICLE EXCEPT THE 2005, 2006, 2007 WHICH HAVE THE EXACT SAME AIR PUMPS INSTALLED. THIS REPAIR IS COSTING TOYOTA OWNERS IN EXCESS OF $3,000.00 WITH VEHICLES HAVING HAVING LESS THE 100K MILES. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY AN EMISSION ISSUE THAT TOYOTA SHOULD ADDRESS, THE U.S. HAS MADE VW RESPONSIBLE FOR THERE SHORTCOMINGS I THINK TOYOTA SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

I FILLED MY GAS TANK (17 GALLONS), DROVE ABOUT 4 MILES AND WAS PULLING INTO A PARKING LOT WHEN I HEARD A GRINDING SOUND, I LOOKED UNDER THE TRUCK AND SAW THE STRAPS HOLDING MY GAS TANK HAD SNAPPED IN HALF AND MY GAS TANK WAS LAYING ON THE GROUND. I HAD RECENTLY RECIEVED A LIMITED SERVICE CAMPAIGN LETTER FROM TOYOTA NOTIFIYING ME THAT "VEHICLES OPERATED IN COLD CLIMATES WITH HIGH ROAD SALT USE MAY EXHIBIT MORE-THAN-NORMAL CORROSION TO THE VEHICLES FRAME" "WHICH MAY CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF MORE THAN NORMAL RUST IN THE FRAME OF SOME VEHICHLES". THE DEALERSHIP ORDERED NEW GAS STRAPS AND ALSO DID THE INSPECTION WHICH RESULTED IN THE UNDER CARRIAGE BEING RE-SPRAYED WITH A CORROSION-RESISTANT COMPOUND. I CONTACTED THETOYOTA CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CENTER AT THE DEALERSHIPS URGING AND WAS TOLD THIS WAS MY FAULT, IF I HAD BROUGHT MY TRUCK IN FOR REGULAR MAINTENANCE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED AND REPAIRED. I HAVE OWNED MANY VEHICLES AND NEVER HAD A GAS TANK FALL OFF. MY CONCERN IS THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AT MINIMUM AN ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER OR AT MAXIMUM AN EXPLOSION COULD HAVE OCCURED.

BENJAMIN SAID TOYOTA IS NOT MANUFACTURING THE PARTS FOR THE RECALLED AIRBAGS SO THE AIRBAG CAN NOT BE REPAIRED AT THIS TIME. BENJAMIN SAID THE PARTS MANUFACTURER WILL NOT MAKE PARTS UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2015. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION. THE DEALERSHIP REFUSED TO MAKE THE REPAIR AS STATED IN THE SAFETY RECALL NOTICE I RECEIVED IN THE MAIL. THE RECALL NOTICE SPECIFICALLY STATES TO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE DUE TO THE PROBLEMS WITH THE HUMIDITY AND AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT CAUSING SERIOUS INJURY OR POTENTIAL DEATH TO ANYBODY IN THE PASSENGER SEAT OF THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PART IS TAKING SO MUCH TIME TO SEND THE PARTS TO MAKE REPAIRS.
