TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CADILLAC SRX. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WHILE DRIVING AT UNDISCLOSED SPEEDS, THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WAS DOWNSHIFTED AND THE VEHICLE CAME TO AN ABRUPT STOP. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THERE WAS A HESITATION OCCASIONALLY WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SHIREY CADILLAC (10125 S CICERO AVE, OAK LAWN, IL 60453, (800) 338-4553) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE CADILLAC CUE SYSTEM, WHICH CONTROLS THE HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING, DEFROSTER, RADIO, NAVIGATION, CRUISE CONTROL, AND TELEPHONE SERVICE, WAS ALSO INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.

THE CONTACT CALLED HERITAGE CADILLAC AT 770-872-0025 (LOCATED AT 7134 JONESBORO RD, MORROW, GA 30260) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 43,000.
THE LIGHTS WHEN ON DIM ARE SO DARK THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO SEE TO DRIVE AT NIGHT. BRIGHTS WORK FINE BUT DIMS ARE USELESS. VERY UNSAFE
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CADILLAC SRX. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS WERE NOT PROJECTING ENOUGH LIGHT. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE LIGHTING GRADUALLY DIMMED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FRANKLIN CHEVROLET CADILLAC BUICK GMC (106 NORTHSIDE DR E, STATESBORO, GA 30458) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE ENTIRE HEAD LAMP ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 86,000.
BOTH HID HEADLAMPS ARE TOO DIM TO SAFELY DRIVE THE VEHICLE AT NIGHT. REPLACED AND WAS NO IMPROVEMENT. CADILLAC WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR ENTIRE COST. $800 DOES NOT COVER HID LAMP. *TR
The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated that the headlamps were extremely dim and failed to properly illuminate the roadway while driving. The high-beam headlights had to be activated to properly illuminate the roadway while driving. The dealer was contacted and notified of the failure. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The headlight bulbs were replaced; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. The failure mileage was 86,000.
THE PROBLEM STARTED A YEAR AGO WITH THE LIGHTS BECOMING SEVERELY DIM AND UNSAFE AT NIGHT. IN THE PAST TWO MONTHS THE VEU SYSTEM HAS TAKEN A MIND OF ITS OWN AND USUALLY DOES NOT WORK FROM THE CENTER CONSOLE. NOW THE CAR DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. IT'S LIKE IT'S SHORTED OUT THE WHOLE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. WORST CAR EVER!!! I WILL NEVER BUY A CADILLAC EVER AGAIN.
THE LOW BEAM PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS ARE DANGEROUSLY DIM. THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUSE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ISSUE TO NTSA AND CADILLAC WITH NO SUGGESTION OR RESOLUTION. AS A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER I KNOW THIS ISSUE IS EXTREAMLY SERIOUS. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THE LOW BEAM PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS AND THE EXTREAMLY LOW LIGHT OUTPUT. WHEN DRIVING ON LOW BEAM YOU CAN NOT SEE THE ROAD. HIGH BEAMS WORK FINE.
BOUGHT VEHICLE 2 YEARS AGO, HEADLIGHTS HAVE GOTTEN DIMMER TO THE POINT CAR IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE AT NIGHT. BROUGHT CAR INTO DEALERSHIP AND THEY ARE IN AGREEMENT THE HEADLIGHTS NEED TO BE REPLACED. SAFETY ISSUE. HIGH BEAMS ARE NECESSARY TO DRIVE AFTER DUSK.
It has been an ongoing issue for years concerning the dimness of the headlights on this vehicle. Virtually impossible to drive at night , can’t even see the lane markings with lights on dim. The cause was determined to be leaky seals creating corrosion. I replaced the bulbs myself and it made no difference. No recall was ever granted in spite of multiple complaints and filings with the NATSA. The Cadillac dealer is aware of the problem but has no authority to replace. I have had to let my relatives know of this issue in the event I were to be involved in a nighttime incident.
SHORTLY ARRIVING BEING MOVED TO TEXAS BY THE ARMY, I NOTICED A HAIRLINE CRACK IN THE TOP LEFT CORNER OF MY CUE NAVIGATION SYSTEM. AFTER A FEW DAYS THE CRACK SPREAD AND BEGAN AFFECTING THE TOUCH SCREEN. INITIALLY A SMALL SECTION AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN STOPPED RESPONDING TO TOUCH. THUS MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE RADIO STATIONS OR ENTER AN ADDRESS INTO THE NAVIGATION. APPROXIMATELY A WEEK LATER THE ENTIRE CUE SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING. FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN ONLINE, THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE FOR THE CADILLAC CUE SYSTEM SHORTLY AFTER VEHICLES REACH 50K MILES.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO TEST THE ALTERNATOR AND/OR BATTERY. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE HALOGEN BULBS. THE CONTACT CALLED A LOCAL DEALER (BILLY NAVARRE CHEVROLET CADILLAC, 1310 E COLLEGE ST, LAKE CHARLES, LA 70607) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE LIGHTING ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 67,430.
VERY POOR LIGHTING WHEN USING LOW BEAMS AT NIGHT

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO KEN BACHELOR CADILLAC (11001 INTERSTATE 10, SAN ANTONIO, TX) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY REFLECTOR WAS DEFECTIVE AND THE ENTIRE ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER HUBBARD'S CADILLAC/GMC (901 W. BROADWAY ST. MONTICELLO IN) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SUN ROOF NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 43,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
LOW BEAM LIGHTS DIM. THEY ARE SO DIM IT IS HARD TO SEE WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT USING THE LOW BEAMS
THE CUE SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING. THIS IS THE TOUCH SCREEN ON THE DASH THAT CONTROLS THE HEATING,AIR CONDITIONING, RADIO, NAVIGATION AND OTHERS. CALLED GM ASKED IF THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT AND THE ANSWER WAS NO. THEY WENT ON TO SAY THEY WERE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE JUST TAKE IT TO A GM DEALER FOR REPAIRS. COST AROUND 1600.00 DOLLARS. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE IN ONE OR TWO YEARS IT WON'T FAIL AGAIN
LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ARE SO DIM, THAT I HAVE TO RUN WITH HIGH BEAMS ONLY AT NIGHT. THEY ARE NOT BURNT OUT, BUT ARE JUST VERY DIM. CADILLAC ADMITS IT'S A MAJOR PROBLEM REPORTED BY MOST SRX OWNERS. THE DEALER WANTS OVER $1800 TO REPLACE THE LIGHTS. OF COURSE THIS IS UNSAFE FOR THE DRIVER AND THOSE APPROACHING THE CAR HAVING TO DEAL WITH HIGH BEAM LIGHTS.
FRONT EXTERIOR LIGHTS ARE TOO DIM TO DRIVE AT NIGHT.
THE LOW BEANS ARE VERY VERY DIM AND IT'S HAZARDOUS TO DRIVE AT NIGHT.
The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the accelerator pedal was giving off excessive heat. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The local dealer was contacted and informed her that the vehicle was performing normally. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 4,000.
WHEN I'M PARKING I GET MESSAGE TELLING ME IT IS NOT IN PARK, ALTHOUGH I PUT IT IN PARK. I HAVE TO DO IT TWO OR THREE TIMES FOR IT TO GET RIGHT. I PUT IT IN PARK AND IT TELLS ME ITS NOT IN PARK.
HEADLIGHTS ON THIS VEHICLE ARE HORRIBLE, THEY DO NOT ILLUMINATE 5 FEET IN FRONT OF THE HOOD. THIS POSES A SEVERE DANGER WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT. APPARENTLY CADILLAC IS NOT ISSUING A RECALL EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE LOTS OF COMPLAINTS AND IS A KNOWN PROBLEM. I BELIEVE THERE IS ALSO A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. THEY NEED TO FIX THE HEADLIGHTS. ITS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE AN ACCIDENT HAPPENS IF IT HASN'T ALREADY. VERY DANGEROUS.
The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated the touchscreen became inoperable in 2017. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed the cue screen needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred in 2021. The manufacturer was notified however no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 28,124 and 63,991.
BAD GASKETS ON THE HEADLIGHTS AND OVER TIME THEY LEAK AND THE HEADLIGHTS BECOME DULL.

IT WAS A 93 DEGREE TEMPERATURE DAY AND THE CUE SYSTEM INTERNALLY CRACKED WHILE PARKED OUTSIDE MY WORK OFFICE AND DELAMINATED CAUSING ME TO BE UNABLE TO USE TEMPERATURE CONTROLS OR DEFROST TEMPERATURES AT TIMES. IT ONLY OCCASIONALLY WORKS BUT VERY RARELY
CAR JERKS EXCESSIVELY WHILE IN DRIVE AT LOW SPEEDS. TRANSMISSION CUTS OUT OR DECELERATE, FOLLOWED BY A RAPID ACCELERATION, LEADING TO JERKING AND BUCKING. CREATES THE RISK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCELERATE WHEN PULLING OUT INTO TRAFFIC, A CRASH HAZARD. THE 2013 SRX HAD PROBLEMS THAT SOUND LIKE THIS AND 50,000+ VEHICLES WERE RECALLED SO THE TRANSMISSION MODULE COULD BE REPROGRAMMED. WONDERING IF THE RECALL NEEDS TO BE EXTENDED TO 2014 AS WELL.

AUTONATION CADILLAC WEST PALM BEACH (2101 45TH ST, WEST PALM BEACH, FL) WAS CONTACTED AND RECOMMENDED THAT THE LOW BEAM HEAD LAMP ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 56,000.
HEADLIGNTS ARE SO DIM ON MY VEHICLE, WHICH IS DANGEROUS WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT. I HAVE TO USE MY BRIGHT LIGHTS. I HAVE GONE TO THE ACTUAL CADILLAC SEWELL DEALERSHIP, THEY AGREED WITH ME THAT THE LIGHTS ON BOTH HEADLIGHTS ARE WAY TOO DIM. I ASKED THEM TO PLACE A BRIGHTER LIGHTBULB, BUT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE UNABLE TO DO THAT SINCE IT'S AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE WITH THE ENTIRE LIGHT FIXTURE. THEY SAID IT WAS COMMON WITH THIS MAKE AND MODEL, AND REPLACING THE ENTIRE LIGHT FIXTURE WAS $1500 PER HEADLIGHT, MAKING $3000 TO MAKE HEADLIGHTS SAFE FOR NIGHT DRIVING. IT APPEARS THIS IS A MANUFACTURING ISSUE, THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE THE CONSUMER PAY FOR FOR A PROBLEM NOT CAUSED BY THE CONSUMER. THEY MENTIONED THEY HAVE BEEN SEEING THIS ISSUE WITH MANY OF MY CAR AND MAKE.

OF COURSE, IT WAS PURCHASED IN DAYLIGHT HOURS. SALESPERSON NEVER ONCE MENTIONED THE DEFECTIVE HEADLAMP ISSUE THAT MY HUSBAND AND I FOUND SOME DAYS LATER WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT , BUT CALLED DEALERSHP AND BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION OF US NOT BEING ABLE TO HARDLY SEE IN FRONT OF US WHILE DRIVING IN DARKENED AREAS AT NIGHT, IE, NEIGHBORHOOD,LOW TRAFFIC AREAS, COUNTRY ROADS,ETC. ...HIGHWAYS WERE WELL LIT AT NIGHT, NOT PROBLEM. CALLED AND BROUGHT INTO DEALERSHIP WHERE PURCHASED, (BUICK DEALERSHIP)SERVICE DEPT.CHECKED LIGHTS OUT,ADJUSTED THEM,FOUIND NOTHING WRONG, WE EVEN CALLED TO CADILLAC DEALERSHIP, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS/RECALLS, OH, BUT WILL REPLACE LAMPS FOR $1800.00.NO THANKS, VERY DISGUSTED AND CANNOT FIND ANYONE TO ADMIT THIS PROBLEM,SO WE ARE DEATHLY SCARED TO DRIVE AT NIGHT FOR SAFETY ISSUES OF KILLING OURSELVES TRYING TO GET SOMEWHERE. WE PURCHASED THIS 2014 SRX IN 2017 IN DAYLIGHT AT GATEWAY BUICK,DALLAS,TX. AFTER A FEW DAYS DRIVING IT AT NIGHT COULD QUICKLY TELL THE HEADLIGHTS WERE TOO TOO DIM TO BE DRIVING AT NIGHT, COMPLAINED MANY TIMES TO THEM, THEY EVEN LATER CHECKED LIGHTS OUT AND SAID ALL WAS OK! VERY DISGUSTED WITH CADILLAC NOT WANTING TO RECALL AS I FOUND OUT THAT THE 2010'S THR 2015'S ARE ALL DEFECTIVE. WE CALL CADILLAC AND THEY TELL US THIS CAR IS IN NAME OF A MAN IN CALIFORNIA AND THEY CAN'T HELP US. I AM VERY VERY MAD AT CADILLAC FOR NOT SUPPORTING THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THIS WAY! WE HAVE NO ONE TO TURN TO BUT ONLY FINDING A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE WITH SAME PROBLEM ONLINE AND NOTHING BEEN DONE ABOUT THIS TRAGIC SITUATION. FINALLY ORDERED NEW HEADLIGHTS THROUGH CADILLAC DEALERSHIP ($2,000.00 TO REPAIR)EARLIER THIS YEAR AND TELL US NOT IN AS YET. THEY ARE ALL IN DENIAL. I AM 77 NOW AND HUSBAND 85 AND OUR CHILDREN ARE VERY WORRIED ABOUT US DRIVING AT NIGHT. PLEASE IF SOMEONE COULD HELP IN THIS AWFUL SITUATION. A LETTER FROM CADILLAC EARLIER THIS YEAR SAID WILL ONLY PAY $1600.00 TO REIMBURSE US TO REPLACE THEM AND ONLY IF MOISTURE IS THE PROBLEM. DRIVING IN NEIGHBORHOOD IS HORRIBLE, NOT LIGHTING, MAIN STREETS WITH STREETLIGHTS OK, BUT ANY DARK STREET IS A DEATH RISK. HEAD LIGHTS ARE EXTREMELY DIM MAKING THE VEHICLE DANGEROUS WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT. CURRENTLY, WE CANNOT USE THE VEHICLE FOR LONG TRIPS AT NIGHT. THE LIGHTS WERE FINE WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASE NEW. THE LIGHTS GOT WORSE AS THE YEARS WENT BY.
THIS CAR HAS A HUGE LAG IN ACCELERATION WHEN ENTERING TRAFFIC AND ALSO WHEN THE TRANSMISSION ENGINE BRAKING EFFECT RELEASES WHEN SLOWING IN TRAFFIC. WHEN I SLOW DOWN BETWEEN 9-14 MPH, IT'S AS THOUGH I HAVE HIT A SPEED BUMP. THE CAR JERKS BACK AND THEN FORWARD, LIKE ITS BUCKING. IT'S SO SCARY. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH ON I95 IT DID IT AND LEFT ME SHAKING. I LOOKED IN MY REAR VIEW MIRROR LIKE I HAD HIT SOMETHING, BUT IN FACT, ITS THE JERKING, BUCKING THING. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS WITH THE JERKING BUT THE LAG IN ACCELERATION HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE I GOT THE CAR. WHEN I PULL OUT INTO TRAFFIC, IT'S ALMOST LIKE THE ENGINE REV'S BUT THE CAR GOES NO WHERE AND OTHER CARS ARE COMING AND IT'S DANGEROUS.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CADILLAC SRX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS ON THE VEHICLE WERE EXTREMELY DIM, WHICH MADE THE VEHICLE DIFFICULT TO DRIVE AT NIGHT. THE CONTACT CHANGED THE HEADLIGHT BULBS, BUT THAT DID NOT REPAIR THE FAILURE. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.

THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER HERTRICH CHEVROLET OF SALISBURY (2531 N SALISBURY BLVD, SALISBURY, MD 21801 (443) 856-4025) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SETTINGS NEEDED TO BE RESET AND BRIGHTER BULBS WERE INSTALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 94,148.
LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ARE SO DIM THAT THEY ARE AN ACCIDENT IN WAITING. THEY DO NOT PROJECT FAR ENOUGH TO AVOID "OVER DRIVING" THEM. DEALER SAYS THEY ARE ADJUSTED TO SPEC. PEDESTRIANS ARE AT RISK AS IS THE RISK OF HITTING WILDLIFE. IN AMBIENT LIGHT, CANNOT TELL THE LIGHTS ARE EVEN ON! HAVE INSTALLED BRIGHTER BULBS TO NO AVAIL. THIS PROBLEM IS INHERENT IN THE CADILLAC AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AT THE NHTSA. PROBLEM NOTED ALL OVER THE WEB.

THE LOW BEAMS ON OUR SRX ARE UNSAFE. WENT TO OUR DEALER AND WAS ADVISED THERE IS NO GM FIX AVAILABLE TO OUR CAR EXCEPT TO BUY BULBS FROM AFTER MARKET SOURCE AND THEY DID NOT RECOMMEND THAT SOLUTION. THE HEAD LIGHTS ON OUR CAR ARE UNSAFE. NOT ENOUGH LIGHT ON ROAD TO DRIVE SAFELY. THIS IS PARTICULARLY TRUE FOR US OLDER DRIVERS. SEEMS GM WOULD PUT GOOD HEADLIGHTS HIGH ON THEIR ENGINEERING REQUIREMENT LIST. THEY DID NOT DO SO WITH THE SRX. THIS MUST BE CORRECTED BEFORE SOMEONE IS HURTS OR KILLED.
HEAD LIGHTS DO NOT WORK PROPERLY WHEN ON DIM> THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR SOME TIME AND CARMARGO CADALIC WANTS TO CHARGE ME TO TELL ME THEY DON'T WORK. HMMMMM I KNOW THEY DON'T WORK.
THE ROAD APPEARS DARK IN FRONT OF OUR CAR. THE CAR HAS A SMALL RANGE OF VISIBILITY BECAUSE THE HEAD LIGHTS ARE DEFECTIVE. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE REPLACED THEM TWICE AT AT A VERY HIGH COST FOR A NEW ONE, THE NEW HEAD LIGHTS HAVE NO VISIBILITY AT NIGHT. IN ORDER TO SEE THE ROAD AT NIGHT, WE ARE FORCED TO DRIVE WITH THE HIGH BEAM ON. WE REPLACED THEM WITH ORIGINAL FACTORY PARTS. MY WIFE AND I ARE BOTH SENIORS AND WE ONLY DRIVE CADS SINCE 1967. ALL GM MECHANICS SAY THAT THE HEADLIGHTS ARE DEFECTIVE. PLEASE HELP US.
MY DRIVER SIDE FRONT HEADLIGHT IS SIGNIFICANTLY DIMMER THAN THE PASSENGER SIDE, SO MUCH SO I HAVE TO DRIVE WITH THE HIGH-BEAMS TO SEE AT NIGHT. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE AND IS LIKE THIS FROM THE MOMENT I TURN ON THE VEHICLE. VERY DANGEROUS!!
EXTREMELY DIM LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER, THEY CONSULTED WITH GM. GM REPORTED THEY RECOMMENDED CHANGING THE LOW BEAMS, BUT IT MIGHT NOT CORRECT THE PROGRAM. HEADLIGHTS WERE REPLACE, DID NOT IMPROVE SITUATION. ATTEMPTED REPAIR AMOUNTED TO $255.00
INFORMATION CENTER CADILLAC CUE DOES NOT OPERATE. BROUGHT TO DEALER ON 11/17/2016 AND WAS TOLD 30 DAYS TO SEVERAL MONTHS ON BACK ORDER. TODAY IS 12/16/2016 CALLED DEALER NO ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIME. CALLED CADILLAC SAME ANSWER. THE CADILLAC CUE CONTROLS A/C, HEAT, RADIO AND ALL THE ACCESSORIES. DOES THIS FALL UNDER THE LEMON LAW? I HAVE BREATHING PROBLEMS AND CAN'T SAFELY DRIVE THIS VEHICLE. TEMPERATURES THIS WEEKEND WILL BE -12 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT ACTIONS I CAN TAKE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP.

DIM TO BARELY NO LOW BEAM LIGHTS. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP AND FOUND OUT THE ENTIRE HEADLAMP ASSEMBLIES NEED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO A FAULTY SEAL THAT HAS ALLOWED MOISTURE TO CORRODE THE REFLECTORS. I AM REALLY SURPRISED THE VEHICLE PASSED INSPECTION WITH LITTLE TO NO LOW BEAM LIGHTS WHICH COULD HAVE CAUSED NIGHT BLINDNESS CAUSING SEVERE ACCIDENT.
