TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, SHE HEARD AN ABNORMAL SOUND. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SEVERAL UNKNOWN WARNING LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE SAW WHITE SMOKE COMING FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO HER RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SLIMAN'S SALES & SERVICE (7498 LEAVITT RD, AMHERST, OH 44001; (440) 988-4484) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 79,067.
SLIGHT ENGINE COOLING LEAK AS DESCRIBED IN SERVICE BULLETIN PL1513F
WHEN I AM TURNING AT LOW SPEEDS, USUALLY BELOW 10MPH, POWER-STEERING ASSIST STOPS WORKING TEMPORARILY AND THEN SUDDENLY STARTS WORKING AGAIN.
I WAS DRIVING AND WAS MAKING A LEFT HAND TURN WHEN MY STEERING LOCKED UP AND STRAIGHTENED OUT MY WHEELS WITCH MADE MY TRUCK DRIVE FORWARD FOR A SECOND AND THEN IT STOPPED AND ALLOWED ME TO CONTINUE MY TURN. A FEW DAYS AFTER THIS HAPPENED I WAS DRIVING OVER A BUMPY ROAD AND IT DID IT AGAIN AND A BELL STARTED RINGING AND A POWER STEERING MESSAGE CAME ON MY DASH AND IT PERSISTED FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND I HAVEN'T DROVE MY TRUCK SINCE
I WAS GOING THROUGH A DRIVE THROUGH RESTAURANT, STOPPING AND STARTING WITH CARS IN FRONT OF ME. WHEN I TRIED TO STOP THE BRAKE PEDAL BECAME VERY HARD TO PUSH AND VEHICLE DIDN'T WANT TO STOP. I SHUT OFF THE VEHICLE AND RESTARTED. THE BRAKES REVERTED BACK TO NORMAL. HAD I NOT BEEN GOING MOVING SLOWLY THIS DEFAULT WOULD HAVE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT.
WHEN PARKING VEHICLE IN PARKING GARAGE HAVING TO USE THE BRAKES THREE OR MORE TIMES TO GET IN PARKING SPOT. THE BRAKE PEDAL IS VERY HARD TO PRESS. 59,010 MILES
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNDISCLOSED SPEED, THE VEHICLE SHUDDERED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FOLLOWING DAY THE VEHICLE FAILED TO SHIFT GEARS. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED DAN TOBIN CHEVROLET, INC. (2589 BILLINGSLEY RD, COLUMBUS, OH 43235) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS METAL SHARDS FROM THE TORQUE CONVERTER AND THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED TO PAY A NOMINAL PART OF THE REPAIR COST. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 136,000. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED.
WHEN I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE TRANSMISSION. WHEN APPLYING THE GAS, THE CAR HESITATED. I WAS TOLD THE CAR WAS "LEARNING" AND THIS WAS PART OF THE COMPUTER SYSTEM. NOW THAT THE WARRANTY IS OFF, IT NOW NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION.
MY TRUCK HAD AN AFM COLLAPSED LIFTER FAILURE. IT OCCURRED UNDER A HARD ACCELERATION EVENT TO CHANGE LANES. THE DEALER REPLACED THE LIFTER, RETURNING THE VEHICLE TO ME. I GOT DOWN THE ROAD, TESTED IT UNDER HARD ACCELERATION AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN! THIS TIME THERE WAS A LOT OF INTERNAL ENGINE NOISE, REALLY LOUD. I ASKED THE DEALER IF THEY NTESTED IT UNDER A HARD ACCELERATION; THEY DID NOT. THEY REPLACED THE #6 PISTON AND THE VALVES ASSOCIATED WITH THE #6 PISTON. ALL WORK PERFORMED WAS DONE ON #6, EVEN THE INITIAL COLLAPSED LIFTER. I PICKED IT UP AGAIN AND AGAIN A HARD ACCELERATION PRODUCED MISFIRES! I HAD IT TOWED IT BACK TO THE DEALER AND ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD TESTED IT WITH HARD ACCELERATION. THE RESPONSE WAS @ 3300 RPM. I TOLD THE SERVICE WRITER THAT, IF YOU DO NOT TEST IT UNDER HARD ACCELERATION YOU WILL NOT EVEN HAVE IT MISFIRE! HE REDID THE TEST AND VOILA, HE CAN SEE IT NOW! TECHNICAL RESOURCES TOLD THEM TO REPLACE VLOM, OR "VALVE LIFTER OIL MANIFOLD". I GOT IT BACK AND IT DOES WORK, MORE OR LESS. A HARD ACCELERATION WILL PRODUCE UNEVEN ACCELERATION BUT WITHOUT THE PREVIOUS ISSUES. I AM WORKING FOR NOW. THIS VIDEO STATES THAT IF YOU HAVE AN AFM LEVENT THAT INVOLVES A COLLAPSED LIFTER YOU MUST REPLACE A PLETHORA OF PARTS. THAT WAS NOT DONE. I HAVE CHANGED MY OIL ON A MORE FREQUENT BASIS THAN GM REQUIRES AND I USE AMSOIL SIGNATURE SERIES10W20, THE BEST YOU CAN BUY! I ALSO USE THEIR EA0 FILTERS WHICH STATE YOU CAN GO UP TO 25K MILES OR 1 YEAR BETWEEN CHANGES! I TYPICALLY DO 10K MILES AS A HIGH POINT. I HAVE SWICTHED PREFERRED DEALERS TO GET A DIFFERENT TECHNICAL RESPONSE...HELP!
HAVING GROUNDING ISSUES WITH VEHICLE. WHOLE DASH GOES BLANK. HAS STALLED ON HIGHWAY SEVERAL TIMES. HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALER THEY STATED THAT I HAD TO PAY $800 AND TO INSTALL IT IT COST ME $1100 AND THEN $256 TO GO UNDERNEATH THE DASH AND TIGHTEN A BOLT I HAVE RESEARCH THIS ON YOUTUBE AND IT LOOKS AS THOUGH FROM THE 2014 TO 2020 IT'S AN ISSUE TO ALL TRUCKS. JUST PURCHASED THIS AND MAY 2020. ON DASHBOARD THE ALTERNATOR INDICATOR SHOWS BELOW 14 VOLTS. AND DURING ONE OF THE STOLLINGS ON THE HIGHWAY AND THE WHOLE FAMILY IN THE VEHICLE SCARED TO DEATH. I THINK THIS IS A GREAT ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE RECALLED THAT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO FIX LESS THAN SIX MONTHS AFTER PURCHASING A VEHICLE. THIS ALL HAPPENED IN THE ST. LOUIS AREA
AIR CONDITIONER STOPPED WORKING. THERE WAS NO SUPPORT BRACKET ON THE HOSE AND IT CAUSED IT TO CRACK. REPLACED AND THEN CONDENSER WENT OUT. KNOWN COMMON PROBLEM ON THESE TRUCKS TO WHERE ALL THE PARTS ARE BACK ORDERED.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JEFF SCHMITT CHEVROLET SOUTH (125 S GEBHART CHURCH RD, MIAMISBURG, OH 45342) AND IT WAS STATED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS ON THE VEHICLE. THE MECHANIC REFUSED TO LOOK AT THE RADIATOR. THE CONTACT REMINDED THE DEALER THAT TSB #: P1513F DESCRIBED THE SAME SYMPTOMS AS THE ISSUE HOWEVER, THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT A MATCH FOR THE TSB. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ISSUE WAS THAT THE THERMOSTAT CAUSED THE RADIATOR TO THERMO-CYCLE OR QUICKLY COOL AND HEAT UP CAUSING THE RADIATOR TO LEAK. THE MANUFACTURER REFERRED THE CONTACT TO THE NHTSA. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,680.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN HE STARTED THE VEHICLE THE AUDIBLE INDICATOR LIGHTS DID NOT WORK. THIS INCLUDED THE INDICATOR SOUND FOR WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS IN REVERSE TO WARN OF ANY POSSIBLE COLLISIONS. THE PASSENGER SIDE INDICATOR SOUND IF THE SEATBELT AND DOOR WERE AJAR DID NOT WORK AS WELL. THE INDICATOR LIGHTS FOR ANTITHEFT PROTECTION AND ROLLAWAY PREVENTION ALSO DID NOT WORK. THE DEALER HUTCH CHEVROLET BUICK GMC1004 3RD ST, PAINTSVILLE, KY 41240 (606) 297-4066 SAID TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND PAY A DIAGNOSTIC FEE BEFORE THE REPAIR FEES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED BY A RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER ALSO SAID THE VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED BY A RECALL AND TRANSFERRED THE CONTACT BACK TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS UNREPAIRED PARKED AT THE CONTACT'S HOME. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
POWERED BRAKE VACUUM PUMP OCCASIONALLY FAILS AT LOWER RPM
PAINT IS PEELING OFF NEAR BACK WINDOWS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TRUCK.

UPON OPENING THE REAR HATCH, THE PASSENGER'S SIDE REAR SLIDING WINDOW PANEL EXPLODED. THERE WERE NO REPORTED INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO VANDEVERE CHEVROLET (490 VERNON ODOM BLVD, AKRON, OH 44320 VAN (330) 800-0230) WHERE DIAGNOSED THE GLASS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED WHO REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127,000.
THE SEAT SHIFTS DURING A RIGHT AND/OR LEFT TURN. I WAS TOLD AT THE DEALERSHIP, THIS WAS A PROBLEM, HOWEVER THERE HAS NOT BEEN A RECALL. I JERK WITH THE SEAT DURING THE TURNS. I AM AFRAID THAT IF I HAVE AN ACCIDENT OR THE TRUCK ROLLS OVER IN AN ACCIDENT THE SEAT WILL NOT BE SECURE AND MAY CRUSH ME OR THE DRIVER.
AT LOWER SPEEDS AND IDLE THE POWER STEERING FAILS ALONG WITH CERTAIN ELECTRICAL DEVICES ON THE VEHICLE.
I WAS ON A FAMILY TRIP WITH MY WIFE AND KIDS AND THE ENGINE TEMPERATURE RAISED AND SYSTEM SAID TO IDLE ENGINE UNTIL IT COOLED DOWN. I WAS ABLE TO COOL THE ENGINE DOWN AND GET THE TRUCK HOME. THE CHEVROLET DEALER DIAGNOSED A COOLANT LEAK AT THE RADIATOR. SERVICE BULLETIN PI1513F REFERS TO THIS AS BEING CAUSED BY A FAULTY THERMOSTAT WHICH RESULTS IN FRACTURES IN THE RADIATOR. "THIS CONDITION MAY BE THE RESULT OF EXCESSIVE THERMOCYCLES WITHIN THE COOLING SYSTEM CAUSED BY EXCESSIVE CYCLING OF THE THERMOSTAT. THESE EXCESSIVE THERMOCYCLES WITHIN THE COOLANT SYSTEM MAY CAUSE THE TUBES TO FATIGUE, CRACK AND LEAK AT THE RADIATOR HEADERS. TO CORRECT THIS CONDITION, A NEW THERMOSTAT HAS BEEN DESIGNED THAT ELIMINATES THE THERMOSTATS EXCESSIVE CYCLING." THE QUOTED COST TO REPLACE THE RADIATOR AND THERMOSTAT AT THE DEALER IS $1800 GM HAS APPARENTLY EXTENDED THE WARRANTY TO 100000 MILES UNDER A SPECIAL COVERAGE ADJUSTMENT ON THE 2014 MODELS, BUT NOT THE OTHER AFFECTED MODEL YEARS.
AIR CONDITONER ISNT WORKING THERE IS MANY COMPLAITS FOR CRACKED LINES AND FAULTY BRACKETS
I estimate this has happened over 10 times. I lose all electrical power to the vehicle and the car shuts off, often this is preceded by loss of power steering and low speed. The last time this happened when pulling out into traffic; the steering kicked back, the truck lost all electrical power, dash went blank, radio dark, including loss of head lights, I will reiterate that this happened while pulling into traffic. This truck cost me over $40k new and I believe Chevy is aware of the problem, then simply don't want to cover the cost of parts and labor to fix. The dealership told me they had no idea what the issue could be, then I found several GM documents online. It appears this is a known issue, and they even list 2015 Silverado on documents. Bulletin No.: 18-NA-161 (The issues in this match exactly what I've experienced) also Reference Number:N172085440 Please help me convince Chevrolet to fix this issue or force them to do a recall.
I AM SEEING EXTREME AMOUNT OF CLEARCOAT PEELING ALL AROUND VEHICLE. APPEARS TO BE SPECIFIC TO THIS VEHICLE PAINT PROCESS. PROFESSIONAL PAINT SHOP SAYS POOR PAINT JOB. DEALER WON'T HELP. GM WON'T HELP. I SEE MANY OTHERS ONLINE THAT HAVE SAME PROBLEM. MY TRUCK IS IN PERFECT CONDITION. I OWN OTHER GM CARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. I WANT HELP FROM DEALER TO FIX (COLLEGE CHEVROLET, ALBION, MI 49224).
WHILE DRIVING, THE RADIO AND ALL OTHER ELECTRIC COMPONENTS WILL GO DARK OR QUIT WORKING ALTOGETHER, INCLUDING THE AC BLOWER, COMPRESSOR, HEADLIGHTS, ETC. SOMETIME I GET THE STABILITRACK ALERT WITH 3 OR 4 TONES, WHICH RESETS AUTOMATICALLY. WHEN WAITING IN A DRIVE THROUGH LINE TODAY, WHEN I DEPRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL, IT HAPPENS AGAIN. WHILE WAITING IN LINE, I SOMETIMES PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN PARK. WHEN I DEPRESS THE BRAKE, AND MOVE THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL INTO DRIVE, IT HAPPENS, AND MORE FREQUENTLY, THE ENGINE SHUTS OFF. WHEN TURNING THE WHEEL, THE POWER STEERING SEEMS TO GO OUT, MAKING IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN THE VEHICLE, ALL THE WHILE THE STABILITRACK ALARM GOES OFF, THE HEADLIGHTS GO DARK, THE AC SHUTS DOWN, THE DASH DISPLAY GOES DARK, THE DOOR LOCKS CYCLE UP AND DOWN, AND THE ENGINE SHUTS DOWN. TODAY, IT ALMOST CAUSED ME NOT TO NEGOTIATE TURNING FROM A MAJOR ROAD INTO A PARKING LOT. I LOST ALL POWER TO THE STEERING, THE ENGINE SHUT DOWN, AND MY BRAKES WERE NON-EXISTENT. AFTER READING OTHER COMPLAINTS ON HERE, I DECIDED I NEEDED TO TELL MY STORY. I RECEIVED THE RECALL NOTICES, AND HAVE NOT VENTURED TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS, FEARING EXPOSURE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS. AFTER READING EVERYONE ELSE'S PROBLEMS, AND HEARING THAT EVEN THE RECALL REPAIRS DO NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, I CANNOT HELP BUT WONDER IF THERE IS MORE GOING ON HERE THAN GM IS WILLING TO ADMIT. I WILL NOT LET MY WIFE DRIVE THIS VEHICLE, BECAUSE IF IT HAPPENS TO HER, THERE IS NO WAY SHE CAN MANEUVER A STALLED VEHICLE WITH NO POWER STEERING AND NO BRAKES. SO IT LOOKS I HAVE THE SAME STORY AS OTHERS, AND NO REAL SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM THAT THE DEALERSHIPS ARE WILLING TO FIX, OR EVEN ADMITTING THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM.
THE STEERING WHEEL GETS HARD TO TURN AT LOW SPEEDS LIKE IT'S GOING OUT. WHEN I STOP AND TURN THE WHEEL THE HEADLIGHTS DIM.
WHEN BACKING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY I LOST POWER STEERING - THIS HAPPENED AFTER RECALLS WERE PERFORMED. ON THE THIRD VISIT TO THE DEALER I WAS ASKED TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSIS TO RESOLVE THE REOCCURRING POWER STEERING ISSUE. WALKED OUT OF DEALERSHIP, WASTED MY MORNING.
BREAKING AT LOW SPEED IN TRAFFIC OR A PARKING LOT THE BREAKS GRAB, SKIP AND THE TRUCK VIBRATES BEFORE COMING TO A STOP. RETURNED TRUCK TO GLENDORA CHEVROLET WHERE PURCHASED. THEY PERFORMED RECALL N192268490, UPDATED EBCM, WCC:28YN28468172 PER RECEIPT THEY GAVE ME. VACUUM PUMP WAS REPLACED. ALL THIS DID NOT CORRECT THE BREAK PROBLEM TO THIS DAY. PLEASE ADVISE.
I purchased the silverado 2014 in July 2018 dealer ship in Orangeburge SC. 3 months after driveing the truck i pulled to stop sign when pulled off the stearing wheel went left and my intentions was to go straight my luck was on my side that day. I finally fought the steering back straight and pulled over turned truck off then started back up and no probloms until later on started getting codes on the dash so i took to dealer ship closet one near me , they reboted the ECM and i told the service manger at that time i open the hood and showed him the wire that sometimes i go to start truck all it would do make a cliking noise open hood shake the big cable coming from the battery then truck would start, finaly summer arrives i start useing my air condition it finally went out took back too dealer they say needed new compressor i had warranty at the time replaced compressor after 2 week no A/C back 2nd time a/c issues they put die in compressor no leaks drive another 2 weeks same no a/c tack back to dealer then they tell me my waranty has run out and appears you have condinsor leaking refrigerant they wanted me to pay for i finally agreed to pay half and dealer pay half . Going back to about the second time i took the truck to the dealer when it was under warranty showed service manager cable that would cause truck not start until wiggled the wire. He told me that if that problom would have to change the ECM he said would cost alot of money when come 3rd time they refered to a dealership in Rockinham nc. so they could do a electrical codes diagnostic after my warranty had out when i asked why dont yall have the machine hear after you seen me at dealership 7 times after took truck ROCKINGJAM NC. DEALER checked codes erased few and few weeks later get into crash going arond a suv and cotton picker after starting go around suv turns left i tryed to turn steering wheel back over to my drive lane i had no stearing crashed into suv both total loss.
WHEN I STEP ON THE BRAKES IT GETS REALLY HARD AND WILL NOT STOP. IT HAPPENED TO ME IN A PARKING LOT. I WAS PULLING INTO A PARKING SPOT AND DID NOT STOP. THEN WHEN I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD I REAR-ENDED SOMEONE AND I WAS NOT DRIVING VERY FAST. MY CONCERN IS THAT IF A CHILD OR CAR RUNS OUT IN FRONT OF ME I WIL NOT BE ABLE TO STOP. THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES NOW. I HAVE PAID MECHANICS TO REPLACE MY BRAKE PADS, CALIPERS, DISC'S BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO HURT MYSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE.
TORQUE CONVERTER GAVE OUT. THE VEHICLE WOULD MAKE A LOUD VIBRATION AND CAUSE THE VEHICLE RPM TO GO UP AND DOWN. I ENDED UP HAVING TO REPLACE THE WHOLE TRANSMISSION.
OFTEN, WHEN MAKING LOW SPEED TURNS THE ENTIRE ENGINE AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM SHUTS OFF. THERE IS NO POWER STEERING WHEN THIS HAPPENS AND IT'S DIFFICULT AND DANGEROUS TO TRY TO COAST TO A SAFE SPOT TO TRY TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. GENERALLY, IT STARTS BACK UP AGAIN WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. IN THE THREE YEARS THAT WE'VE OWNED THE VEHICLE, IT HAS BEEN TO TWO DIFFERENT CHEVY DEALERSHIPS MORE THAN ONCE AND BOTH DEALERSHIPS SAY THERE'S NO PROBLEM. IT'S FRUSTRATING THAT IT SEEMS TO BE A COMMON ISSUE YET THERE'S NO ANSWER TO THE PROBLEM AND NO RECALL.

THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V645000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC) AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CARON CHEVROLET (1201 W MICHIGAN AVE, MARSHALL, MI 49068), TO BE REPROGRAMMED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 179,600.

WHILE CITY STREET DRIVING MY 2015 CHEVROLET SILVERADO (APPROXIMATELY 38,500 MILES) ON 5/14/20 AT VARYING SPEEDS IN NORMAL CONDITIONS, THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT APPEARED. UPON SUBSEQUENT DRIVES (BOTH HIGHWAY AND CITY STREETS), THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT AGAIN APPEARED. NO PASSENGER WAS SITTING IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT. THE TRUCK WAS BROUGHT TO AN AUTHORIZED GM DEALERSHIP ON 5/21/20 TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. CODE BOO81 WAS SCANNED AND WIRING CHECKED. DIELECTRIC GREASE WAS ADDED TO CONNECTOR AND POWER REMOVED TEMPORARILY FROM PASSENGER PRESENCE MODULE. TECHNICIAN NOTED THE MODULE "RELEARNED" AND ROAD TEST SHOWED NO FURTHER ISSUE. THE POWER WAS RECONNECTED. WHILE HIGHWAY DRIVING ON 5/26/20 AT VARYING SPEEDS IN NORMAL CONDITIONS, THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT AGAIN APPEARED. ON SUBSEQUENT DRIVES (BOTH HIGHWAY AND CITY STREETS), THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT WOULD TURN ON THEN OFF. ADDITIONALLY, 5 AUDIBLE WARNING DINGS COULD BE HEARD BUT NO WARNING LIGHTS WERE SEEN. NO PASSENGER WAS SITTING IN THE FRONT SEAT. AFTER BRINGING THE TRUCK INTO THE SAME GM DEALERSHIP ON 6/2/20, THE SERVICE ADVISOR RECOMMENDED THE PASSENGER PRESENCE MODULE BE REPLACED; HOWEVER, THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE PASSENGER PRESENCE MODULES IN THE UNITED STATES. SERVICE ADVISOR TOLD ME WHEN THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT APPEARS, NO AIR BAGS WILL WORK IN THE TRUCK. AS OF 6/4/20, I WAS ASSIGNED A SENIOR ADVISOR BY GM TO OVERSEE MY CASE. THE TRUCK REMAINS PARKED AT THE DEALERSHIP AS IT'S CURRENTLY UNSAFE TO DRIVE. NO ONE HAS BEEN INJURED AS A RESULT OF THIS ISSUE. *TR

THE AIR CONDITIONER STOPPED BLOWING COLD AIR A FEW DAYS LATER. TOOK THE TRUCK IN TO GET LOOKED AT AGAIN, WAS WAITING FOR A RECALL NOTICE AND THE AIR CONDENSER IS BROKEN. THERE WAS A LAWSUIT FOR THIS SAME ISSUE FOR MY YEAR OF TRUCK AND THEY ARE SAYING IM NOT IN THE GROUP. IT IS GOING TO COST ALMOST $2000 TO REPAIR. *TR

AFTER PURCHASING VEHICLE, THE TRUCK SHAKES EXTREMELY BAD ON HIGHWAY, I NOTIFIED DEALER THE SAME DAY AND THEY HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION AFTER PERFORMING A ROAD FORCE TEST THAT THE WHEELS ARE EITHER BENT OR DAMAGED. THE SHAKE IS SO BAD IT IS HARD TO HOLD WHEELS STEADY AND TIRE ALMOST FEELS LIKE IT IS GOING TO COME OFF. THE DEALER IS STATING THAT THEY REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE COST TO FIX THE SAFETY PROBLEM EVEN UNDER WARRANTY. I HAVE DRIVEN BACK AND FORTH AN HOUR EACH WAY TO DEALER OVER 5 TIMES NOW AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO FIX THE SITUATION. *TR

THEN AT RANDOM TIMES IT WILL START CHANGING THE DISPLAY OF MY DASH AND MY MEDIA SCREEN. THERE ARE ALSO TIMES THE TOUCH SCREEN WILL JUST NOT RESPOND. THIS IS A CONSTENT THING THAT HAPPENS.
