TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2013 DODGE DART. WHILE THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, IT WAS REAR ENDED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE NECK AND LEFT THUMB MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS RECEIVED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE OTHER DRIVER ALSO SOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR THEIR UNKNOWN INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN IMPOUND LOT AND DEEMED A TOTAL LOSS. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DART. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GEAR SHIFTER FAILED TO SHIFT OUT OF REVERSE. AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC CAME TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE AND MANUALLY SLID THE SHIFTER CABLE ONTO THE TRANSMISSION, WHICH ENABLED THE CONTACT TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC MENTIONED THAT THE BUSHING THAT WAS CONNECTED TO THE SHIFTER CABLE WAS CORRODED AND DETACHED FROM THE TRANSMISSION. THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC CONTACTED WEEKS IN BENTON (1627 N MAIN ST, BENTON, IL 62812) TO PURCHASE THE PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS ASSOCIATED WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V293000 (POWER TRAIN). THE MECHANIC WAS INFORMED TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER. THE CONTACT WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEALER REFUSED TO ORDER THE PART OR SERVICE THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.
ANY PHONE CONNECTED TO U-CONNECT WILL DISCONNECT WHILE TALKING ON THE CAR STEREO. I FEEL VERY UNSAFE WHEN I HAVE TO LOOK AT MY PHONE WHILE DRIVING TO TALK ON SPEAKER RATHER THAN THE CAR STEREO. I'VE HAD ENOUGH, AND I WANT I WANT THIS FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
TOOK MY VEHICLE IN TO HAVE THE SHIFTER CABLE REPLACE DUE TO A CURRENT RECALL. MY CAR WOULD NOT COME OUT OF PARK BECAUSE OF THIS, THE DEALERSHIP SAID THAT IT WAS FIXED BUT A DAY LATER IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY HAD IT A DAY AND A HALF, THEY FINALLY CALLED TO TELL ME THAT NOW MY TRANSMISSION SHIFTER SOLENOID WAS BAD AND THAT IT WOULD BE $800 TO FIX. I TOOK THE CAR IMMEDIATELY TO ANOTHER MECHANIC BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP SAID THAT IT WASN'T PART OF THE RECALL AND I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY THAT AMOUNT IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO. THE OTHER MECHANIC TOLD ME TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AFTER HE LOOKED AT IT BECAUSE MORE THAN LIKELY THEY CAUSED THE DAMAGE WHEN THEY WERE REPLACING THE BUSHING. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE TECH SAID THEY DIDN'T DAMAGE IT AND THAT THE RECALL WAS ALL THEY WERE TOLD TO FIX AND THAT THEY WEREN'T TOLD TO FIX THE ISSUE WITH THE CAR NOT COMING OUT OF PARK. I HAVE THE PAPER WORK THAT STATES WHY THE CAR WAS THERE AND IT STATES THAT, THAT WAS THE REASON I BROUGHT IT IN. I'VE NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH A CAR BEFORE. DODGE SHOULD HAVE NEVER SOLD THESE VEHICLES. IN 2015 THEY HAD TO REPLACE MY ENTIRE TRANSMISSION DUE TO A RECALL AND MY VEHICLE RANDOMLY STOPPING WHILE DRIVING. THIS VEHICLE IS EXTREMELY UNSAFE. THE CRUISE CONTROL HAS WORKED INTERMITTENTLY SINCE I BOUGHT IT NEW IN 2013 AND I TOOK BACK AND THEY SAID IT WAS FINE. MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON EVERY OTHER TIME I GET GAS TELLING ME THAT THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH THE CAP WHICH THERE ISN'T, I HAD IT CHECKED.
AIRBAG ' I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT A FEW DAYS AGO. WHEN I WAS HIT HEAD ON, MY AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO PUT OUT THERE THAT MY CAR WAS ALSO TOTALED AND WHEN I WAS HIT I WAS GOING 45, AND THE OTHER DRIVER WAS GOING 60. WHICH IS QUITE A HEFTY IMPACT FOR A SMALL CAR BEING HIT BY A LIFTED 2016 TOYOTA TUNDRA, AND FOR THE AIRBAGS NOT TO DEPLOY. I AM GOING TO BE SUING DODGE.
ONE DAY I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AND I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION TO 'SERVICE AIR BAG' AND MY CAR SHOWS THE PASSENGER SEATBELT ISN'T BUCKLED, EVEN WHEN IT IS. THIS CAUSES MY CAR TO MAKE NOISES AT ME THE WHOLE TIME I'M DRIVING. IT HAS ALSO RAISED CONCERNED OF WHETHER MY AIRBAGS ARE FUNCTIONING, AND IF I AND ANYONE WHO RIDES WITH ME IS SAFE DRIVING/RIDING IN THIS CAR.. I JUST HAD THE BUSHING FOR THE SHIFTER CABLE REPAIRED.. NOW ANOTHER DANGEROUS SITUATION WITH MY DART.

THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER AND NOTICED TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAKING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO KOONS TYSONS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (2050 CHAIN BRIDGE RD, VIENNA, VA 22182, 703-790-0900) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE NSA DISK AND THE DUAL CLUTCH WERE DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 103,000.
WELL MY CAR HEADLIGHT AND THE PANELING CAUGHT ON FIRE IN MY CAR WENT TO CAR HOP TO ADVISE THEM TOOK THE CAR TO ONE OF THERE DEALERS ADVISED THAT THEY DON'T DO ELECTRICAL AT THE SAME TIME THE RECALL CAME IN ADVISED ME THAT A RECALL WAS NEEDED TOO K IT TO DEALERSHIP AND AS OF NOW 30 DAYS BEHIND ON THE PART ADVISED CARHOP THAT THE REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE BEFORE I BROUGHT THE CAR THAT WASN'T DONE CORRECTLY WHICH MADE ME HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RECALL WORK THEY SWEAR THEY DIDN'T BIT THE STATE AND CARFAX SAY OTHERWISE IT WASN'T DONE BY DODGE IN NO STATE BUT BY THERE MECHANICS AT THIS TIME THE CAR IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE IT'S STILL AT DODGE AND CARHOP SAID THEY WILL RESELL IT TO ANOTHER FAMILY EVEN THOUGH I ADVISED THEM THE PANEL CAUGHT ON FIRE AND THERE IS A SHORT
CAR IS GIVING CODE B0052-13 AND IS TURNING OFF AIR BAG AND SHOWING SRS CODE WITH SEATBELT OFF CODE FOR PASSENGER AIR BAG. SEATBELT IS FAULTY AND NOT COVERED UNDER ANY FACTORY WARRANTY. MY CONCERN IS IF MY CAR IS IN AN ACCIDENT MY PASSENGER WILL NOT BE PROTECTED AND COULD CAUSE BODILY INJURIES.
IN MOTION: LOSS OF POWER - FOUND OIL IN SPARK PLUG WELLS; DEALERSHIP REPLACED WELL SEALS, PLUGS AND IGNITION COIL, CONTINUED TO HAVE PROBLEMS; COMPRESSION TEST WAS DONE AND FOUND ALL OF MY ENGINE O RINGS WERE BAD WHICH WOULD HAVE HAPPENED AT TIME OF MANUFACTURING. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DART. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V293000 (POWER TRAIN). AFTER CONTACTING AUTONATION DODGE (2201 VICTORY DR, COLUMBUS, GA), THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS NEEDED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR APPROXIMATELY TWO TO THREE WEEKS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY WHEN IT WAS RAINING THEN IT STOPPED THEN IT STARTED UP AGAIN AND WENT TO TURN ON MY WIPERS AND THEY WOULDNT TURN ON, SO I CALLED A BUDDY OF MINE THATS A MECHANIC AND HE TOLD ME ITS PROBLY THE STEERING COLUMN RIBBON BROKE AND SURE ENOUGH I TOOK IT TO DODGE AND THATS WHAT IT WAS. THIS SHOULD BE RECALLED FOR A DEFECT AND SHOULD BE REPLACED AT NO CHARGE THIS IS A ALMOST $500.00 PART TO REPLACE IT.
CAR PARKED IN DRIVEWAY. START CAR AND GO TO BACK UP. SHIFT TO REVERSE, GEAR DOESN'T CHANGE. CAR DOESN'T MOVE. STILL SAYS IT'S IN PARK. CAR WON'T SHIFT GEARS.
THE HYDRAULIC SHIFT ACTUATOR WILL FAIL - OFTENTIMES/SEEMINGLY IN THE HEAT & SUN AFTER PROLONGED EXPOSURE. THIS CAUSES THE VEHICLE TO A. IF IT IS NOT DRIVING, YOU WILL GET THE "SERVICE TRANSMISSION ERROR" AND THE VEHICLE WILL NOT TURN ON; B. IF YOU ARE DRIVING, SHIFTING BECOMES DANGEROUS AND ERRATIC. NOTE: THIS ISN'T COVERED UNDER YOUR WARRANTY BECAUSE IT HAS LIKELY EXPIRED. IF YOU HAVE A THIRD PARTY WARRANTY, YOU WILL NEED TO "PROVE THE FAILURE". WITH THAT BEING SAID, THIS APPEARS TO HAPPEN TOWARDS THE AFTERNOON/EVENING IN MY CASE (WHEN IT'S THE HOTTEST AND HAS SAT IN THE SUN ALL DAY). IT HAS SHIFTED ERRATICALLY ON ME MULTIPLE OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS - I AM HIGHLY SUSPECT THAT THIS PART MAY BECOME A FUTURE RECALL PART. MY VEHICLE IS UNDER 47,000 MILES, SO THIS SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE. CONSIDERING OTHER TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS, I WOULD BE AWARE. IT HAS ALMOST CAUSED MULTIPLE ACCIDENTS FOR ME (I HAVE A CLEAN MVR). THE ERRATIC SHIFTING WILL HAPPEN AT ALL SPEEDS.
I WAS DRIVING IN STOP AND GO RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC ON THE FREEWAY. MY CLUTCH SEEMED SOFT WHEN I DOWNSHIFTED AS TRAFFIC WAS SLOWING FROM 65 MPH. THE NEXT TIME I SHIFTED THE CLUTCH WENT TO THE FLOOR AND THE TRANSMISSION WAS DISENGAGED. I COULDN'T SHIFT. I WAS ABLE TO COAST TO THE SHOULDER AND WAIT FOR A TOW.

THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AUTO GRUPO CHRYSLER (1102 CALLE JUAN PEA REYES, SAN JUAN, PR 00924) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
THE WINDSHIELD WIPER STALK MALFUNCTIONS, CAUSING THE WIPERS TO STAY IN THE ON POSITION EVEN WHEN THE SWITCH ON THE STALK SAYS OFF. THROUGH NORMAL DRIVER USE, THE SPRING/RIBBON BEHIND THE STALK BREAKS OR SEVERS AND USE OF WIPERS AND MIST IS COMPROMISED. WITH WIPERS ONLY WORKING AT ONE SPEED, IN A HEAVY RAIN OR NO RAIN AT ALL, THE DRIVERS VISION IS AFFECTED WHICH COULD RESULT IN A CRASH. RESEARCHING ONLINE IN DART FORUMS AND OTHER POSTS, THIS ISSUE IS PREVALENT AMONG THIS MODEL OF VEHICLE. THE FAULTY WIPER STALK COULD ALSO BE AN INDICATOR OF A FAILING BCM. IN MY SPECIFIC INSTANCE, THE CAR WAS IN MOTION AND AFTER ATTEMPTING TO MIST MY WINDSHIELD AND CLEAR IT OF DEBRIS, NO MIST WAS DISPENSED AND THE WIPERS STAYED ON PERMANENTLY

WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PARK THE VEHICLE IN THE DRIVEWAY, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO SHIFT OUT OF DRIVE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. I ATTEMPTED TO TURN ON MY ENGINE. CAR WOULD NOT START. INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR LIGHTS WORKED. BATTERY IN GOOD SHAPE AND CHARGING. CLICKING SOUND WHEN ATTEMPTS TO TURN ENGINE ON.
THIS IS FOR RECALL V34. WHICH WAS ISSUED EARLY IN THE YEAR. MY WIFE WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY, 1 NEAR ROBINSON ILLINOIS TO BE EXACT AND THE CAR JUST STOPPED DRIVING FORCING HER TO STEER ONTO THE SIDE OF A VERY BUSY HIGHWAY! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN VERY BAD!!!! I FIND IT INSANE THAT CHRYSLER IS DRAGGING THEIR FEET ON THIS PART! MY WIFE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED!!!!! NOT TOO MENTION IF MY DAUGHTER AND I WERE IN THE CAR WHEN THIS HAPPENED. CHRYSLER KNOWS THIS PART AND THESE CARS ARE UNSAFE BUT ARE NOT WILLING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! ON TOP OF EVERYTHING YOU WANT ME TO DISH OUT THE MONEY TO PUT ANOTHER RECALLED PART ON MY CAR, NO THANKS!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.
WHILE DRIVING AND SHIFTING THROUGH AN INTERSECTION I WAS NO LONGER ABLE TO SHIFT INTO GEAR. I WAS STUCK IN GEAR. 2 WEEKS PRIOR MY PARKING BREAK WOULD NOT ENGAGE, AS THE BREAK CALIPER WAS STUCK OPEN

THE DEALER STATED THAT THERE WERE NO FAILURES WITH THE BRAKES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
MY CAR RANDOMLY WILL NOT START THINKING THAT IT IS NOT IN PARK. THIS ALSO CAUSES THE DIAGNOSTIC ELECTRONICS TO GO HAYWIRE. I'M TOLD THERE IS A BUSHING THAT WILL FIX THIS PROBLEM, BUT DODGE REFUSES TO PROVIDE THIS PART TO MY LOCAL DEALER. THE BUSHING IS DESIGNED TO CAUSE THE CAR TO KNOW IT IS IN PARK SO IT WILL START. I'M ALSO TOLD THIS IS A RECALL ISSUE, BUT I RECEIVED NO RECALL NOTICE FROM DODGE.

I SET THE EMERGENCY BRAKE AND HAD TO DISCONNECT BATTERY SINCE ACCESSORIES WOULD NOT TURN OFF. CAR WAS TOWED TO DEALERSHIP ON 08/09/2019. PER RECALL, THE RECALL COVERS DODGE DART COMPACT CARS FROM 2013 THROUGH 2016 WITH SIX-SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS. THE COMPANY SAYS A BUSHING CAN FAIL, CAUSING THE SHIFTER CABLE TO COME LOOSE FROM THE TRANSMISSION. THAT MEANS WHEN A DRIVER SHIFTS TO PARK OR ANOTHER GEAR, THE GEAR MAY NOT CHANGE AND THE CAR COULD ROLL AWAY. PARTS FOR RECALL WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL SEPTEMBER. DEALERSHIP CANNOT FIX AT THIS TIME AND MANUFACTURER OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE.

KEY FOBIK DOESN'T LOCK, UNLOCK, REMOTE START OR PANIC BUTTON DOESN'T WORK TO CAR (ALWAYS DID BEFORE) CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS COME ON AND WENT OFF SEVERAL TIMES
WHILE DRIVING THE SCREEN WILL RANDOMLY GO COMPLETELY BLACK AND THEN START FLICKERING WHITE - MY DASH IS NOW DOING THE SAME, SIMULTANEOUSLY. HOWEVER, THE SCREEN LIGHTS (SPEED, MILES, MPG, ETC) STAY DIM TO WHERE I CAN'T EVEN READ WHAT IS SAYS. MY SPEEDOMETER AND GAUGES WILL GIVE OUT AND THEN PROCEED TO QUICKLY FLICKER UP AND DOWN. AFTER ABOUT 30 SECONDS OF THIS HAPPENING, THE WHOLE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM RESETS ITSELF. THIS HAS HAPPENED 5 TIMES WITHIN THE LAST TWO DAYS, WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 4 TOTAL HOURS DRIVING TIME. WHEN STARTING MY CAR, IT HESITATES TO START - IT MAKES CLICKING NOISES PRIOR TO ACTUALLY STARTING. THE BATTERY IS FAIRLY NEW AS WELL. MY CENTER CONSOLE RANDOMLY STOPS WORKING, I HAVE ZERO CONTROL OVER THE RADIO / CLIMATE FUNCTION. EVEN AFTER DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY, THE PROBLEM RESUMES. THE UCONNECT DOESN'T WORK - NO PHONE SYSTEM, OR BLUETOOTH MUSIC. THE BACK-UP CAMERA HAS COMPLETELY GONE OUT. THERE SEEMS TO BE SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THE DODGE DART THAT GO UNSOLVED AND ARE A HUGE SAFETY RISK.

THERE'S AN ACTIVE RECALL ON MY 2013 DODGE DART AERO FOR THE SHIFTING CABLE BUSHING. I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM WORK AND MY TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT CAME ON, I LOST THE ABILITY TO ACCELERATE, MY CAR WASN'T REGISTERING IT WAS IN PARK SO I COULDN'T TURN IT OFF. I HAD IT TOWED TO A DEALERSHIP ON MAIN STREET IN NORRISTOWN, PA. MOPAR SAID THE PART WON'T BE SHIPPED TO DEALERS FOR THE RECALL UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST SO THEY WANT TO PUT ANOTHER FAULTY PART IN. THEY ARE TELLING ME I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AND MOPAR SAYS THEY ARE NOT DOING AT REPAYMENTS. THEY HAVE ALSO REFUSED TO GIVE ME A LOANER CAR IN THE MEAN TIME. I DON'T FEEL AS A CONSUMER THAT I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS OR A RENTAL BECAUSE THIS IS A RECALL ISSUE. IT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE THIS CAR. TODAY, ON AUGUST 1, 2019 AS I WAS BACKING OUT OF A PARKING SPOT IN A PARKING LOT, MY TRANSMISSION SHIFTER CABLE FAILED AND CAUSED MY CAR TO GET STUCK IN REVERSE AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO SHIFT TO PLACE MY CAR IN DRIVE. I HAD TO REMOVE THE BATTERY CABLES UNDER THE HOOD AND THE GEAR COVER FROM INSIDE THE CAR AND MANUALLY SWITCH MY CAR TO NEUTRAL AND HAVE MY CAR PUSHED HOME. I THEN CALLED MOPAR TO ASK WHAT THE REMEDY WAS FOR FIXING THE RECALL ISSUE AND I WAS INFORMED THAT I WOULD NEED TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO HAVE MY CAR REPAIRED AND THAT I WOULD LATER GET REIMBURSED. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME NOW DUE TO MY FINANCES AND I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT AN ACTIVE RECALL WAS TO BE FIXED FREE OF CHARGE. THE MULTI-FUNCTION SWITHC ON THE VEHICLE WHICH CONTROLS THE WIPERS, HIGH BEAMS, AND TURN SIGNALS IS KNOWN TO BREAK THROUGH WEAR AND TEAR OR NORMAL USE. THE SWITCH IS RAN BY A RIBBON WHICH CONTROLS THE DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS OF THE SWITCH AND THROUGH NORMAL USE THIS PART IS KNOWN TO BREAK. MY 2013 DODGE DART RALLYE HAD THIS HAPPEN CAUSING THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS TO NOT TURN OFF CREATING A SAFETY AND VISIBILITY ISSUE FOR MYSELF AND MY WIFE. THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS ISSUE YET DODGE REFUSES TO FIX THE ISSUE KNOWING THAT THE PART IS FAULTY. THE TOTAL COST TO HAVE MY VEHICLE REPAIRED WAS OVER $900 FOR A PART THAT SHOLD BE REPLACED BY DODGE AS IT IS A KNOWN SAFETY ISSUE.

DODGE HAS ISSUED A CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER EXTENDED WARRANTY, 2016, WE HAD IT REPLACED SPRING 2017 IT DID AFFECT ADDITIONAL REPLACEMENT OF CLUTCH ASSEMBLY, SLAVE CYLINDER AND BEARINGS WHICH HAD ALSO BEEN REPLACED ALSO IN SPRING IN 2017. THE PROBLEM HAS HAPPENED AGAIN 10K MILES AFTER REPAIRS, 50K ON VEHICLE NOW. I DID NOTICE THE LEAKAGE OF FLUID FROM A BOOT COVERING THE MATER CYLINDER. THE VEHICLE HAS CAUSED IT NOT TO RELEASE CLUTCH, USUALLY WHEN STARTING, TWICE WHILE DRIVING AND HAVING TO AVOID AN ACCIDENT. I FEEL LIKE I COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT, ID FEEL WORSE IF I SOLD TO A PRIVATE PARTY AND SOMETHING HAPPENED TO THEM, ITS UNSAFE.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO FOLLOW UP WITH HER INSURANCE COMPANY TO CONTACT THEM. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,155.
