AIRBAG SENSOR AND REAR LIFTGATE. AIRBAG SENSOR HAS BEEN REPLACED TWICE. ONCE BY ME AT MY COST THROUGH THE DEALER AND ONCE BY THEM AS IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. IT IS ON AGAIN AND I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE FIX AGAIN AS THIS SEEMS TO BE A TREND. LIFTGATE JUST STOPPED UNLOCKING/OPENING. NON-POWERED LIFTGATE. ONLY WAY TO OPEN THE LIFTGATE IS BY UNLOCKING IT WITH THE KEY FOB AND OR THE ELECTRIC UNLOCK PANEL ON THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR. THERE IS NO WAY TO OPEN THIS LIFTGATE MANUALLY. NO KEYHOLE OR "ESCAPE "LATCH" INSIDE THE LIFTGATE DOOR. I AM GETTING THIS FIXED AS THE DEALER SAID SOMETHING WAS "JAMMED" IN THE MECHANICAL DEVICE. I ASKED IF I JAMMED SOMETHING AND THEY SAID NOPE IT WAS A MECHANICAL ISSUE. $369.99 FOR THE NEW ELECTRONIC LOCK AND MECHANISM. I HAVE READ IN OTHER FORUMS THAT THE 2005 DURANGO'S AND CARAVANS HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES AND THAT THE FIX WAS APPROXIMATELY 350 DOLLARS. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE STALLED, WHILE DRIVING AT LOWER SPEEDS. IN ADDITION, THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHILE DRIVING OVER ROUGH ROAD CONDITIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 50,000. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED.
STATIONARY: WHEN REFUELING, GREAT AMOUNT OF FUEL LEAKS OUT WITH HIGH PRESSURE, SOAKED ME IN GASOLINE CAUSING BURNS AND SKIN IRRITATION ON HALF OF MY BODY, ALSO DAMAGED THE FUEL PANEL SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. CHRYSLER REFUSES TO RECOGNIZE AN EXISTENT RECALL ON VEHICLES FROM THE SAME YEAR THAT EVIDENTLY HAVE SAME DEFECTS. MY VEHICLE NOT LISTED ON THE RECALL BUT DEFECT WAS FOUND BY 2 DIFFERENT DODGE MECHANICS SO WAS SUPPOSEDLY REPAIRED. UNFORTUNATELY, IN MY FIRST DRIVE IT ALMOST KILLED ME IN A ZONE WHERE VEHICLES GO AT 70 MPH. IN THE HIGHWAY SOMETHING SUDDENLY SNAPPED LOUDLY, FUEL SPLATTER LEAKING OUT WITH PRESSURE, SMOKE COMING OUT, VEHICLE STARTED TO SHAKE AGGRESSIVELY OUT OF CONTROL, THEN VEHICLE SHUTS OFF WHILE RUNNING, TWICE. THE VEHICLE REMAIN WITH AN ASPHYXIATING FUEL ODOR, FIRE DEPARTMENT AND POLICE WERE AT SCENE, CHRYSLER KEPT ME HOURS IN THE PHONE CONSTANTLY WASHING THEIR HANDS FROM 2PM UNTIL 8PM, CALL AFTER CALL AND NEITHER CHRYSLER OR THE DODGE DEALERSHIP PROVIDED ANY SOLUTION NOR HELP, WE ALMOST DIED TODAY, THIS DEFECT ALMOST KILLED US.
I HAVE A 2005 DODGE DURANGO SLT I HAD 3 SEPARATE INCIDENTS, AT 3 DIFFERENT GAS STATIONS IN WHICH I WOULD GO TO FILL THE TANK AND GAS CONTINUES TO OVERFLOW. I CHECKED FOR RECALLS REGARDING THIS AND FOUND THAT CHRYSLER HAS ONE FOR THIS, WHICH IS H45 OR 09V003000. I NOTIFIED CHRYSLER AT THE NUMBER GIVEN (REF #18975878) AND WAS ADVISED THAT EVENTHOUGH MY VEHICLE WAS NOT IN THE RECALL CAMPAIGN, I COULD GO TO A CERTIFIED DEALER AND PAY THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE AND IF THEY FOUND THAT I HAD THE DEFECT DESCRIBED, THEY WOULD COVER THE REPAIR. I WENT TO HOLDEN DODGE IN DOVER, DE AND THEY FOUND THE VEHICLE TO HAVE THE EXACT PROBLEM DESCRIBED IN THE RECALL WHERE MY INLET CHECK VALVE STICKS OPEN. WHEN THEY CONTACTED CHRYSLER, HOLDEN DODGE WAS ADVISED THAT MY VEHICLE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND I WAS THE 3RD OWNER AND THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE REPAIR. IT SHOULD NOT MATTER IF I WAS THE 50TH OWNER, IT IS THEIR DEFECT!! I WAS ADVISED THAT THIS RECALL WAS FOR VEHICLES MANUFACTURED IN OCTOBER 2004 AND MY VEHICLE WAS MANUFACTURED IN JANUARY 2005. IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THEY CORRECTED THIS MALFUNCTION IN 3 MONTHS SINCE I AM EXPERIENCING THIS DEFECT. I WANT CHRYSLER TO HONOR THE TANK REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTY SINCE A CERTIFIED DEALER HAS CONFIRMED THAT THIS WAS MY PROBLEM. I OAID THE $80.00 DIAGNOSTIC FEE AS ADVISED AND CHRYSLER DID NOT HOLD TO THEIR PROMISE WHEN I ORIGINALLY CALLED. WAS GIVEN A QUOTE OF $669.00 TO REPLACE HE TANK, WHICH I CANNOT AFFORD. SO RIGHT NOW, I DO NOT FILL THE TANK WITH GAS. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED AND HAVE CHRYSLER HONOR THEIR DEFECT!!!! *TR
THE FUEL TANK FILLER TUBE INLET CHECK VALVE DOES NOT FULLY CLOSE AT THE END OF REFUELING. THIS ALLOWS SOME FUEL TO ESCAPE FROM THE VEHICLE FILLER NECK SPRAYING ON MY WIFE EVERY FILL UP. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT HER VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN RECALLS 05V034000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY:FILLER PIPE AND CAP) AND 09V003000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 111,520.
WHEN COMPLETED PUMPING GAS INTO THE VEHICLE AND REMOVING THE GAS PUMP NOZZLE, THE GAS COMES SHOOTING BACK OUT OF THE TANK. SUV WAS TAKEN BACK TO PLACE OF PURCHASE AND A NEW GAS TANK WAS INSTALLED IN APPROX. BEGINNING OF OCTOBER 2009.. THE PROBLEM IS NOW OCCURRING AGAIN IN JUNE EACH TIME GAS IS PUMPED INTO THE VEHICLE.. LOOKED UP ONLINE RECALLS ON VEHICLE. THERE IS A RECALL ON VEHICLE FOR THIS YEAR MAKE AND MODEL FOR FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY:FILLER PIPE: AND CAP.. WHEN I CALLED THE DEALER PHONE # I WAS TOLD THE RECALL WAS VIN # SPECIFIC AND MY VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THAT RECALL. *TR

THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHENEVER FUEL WAS DISPENSED INTO THE FUEL TANK, FOLLOWED BY FUEL SPRAYING OUT OF THE TANK. THE FUEL NOZZLE STOPPED WHEN THE TANK WAS FULL; ALTHOUGH, FUEL CONTINUOUSLY SPRAYED OUT OF THE TANK. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR THE MALFUNCTION. THERE WAS CONCERN OF THE POTENTIAL SAFETY HAZARD. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
2005 DODGE DURANGO FUEL OVERFLOW/SPLASH. ABOUT A YEAR AGO I NOTICED THE FUEL PUMP WOULD NOT SHUT OFF WHEN REFUELING WHICH CAUSE A GREAT AMOUNT OF FUEL TO SPLASH BACK AT THE PERSON FILLING THE TANK. I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN FOR MAINTENANCE AND WAS TOLD BY DODGE THAT IT WAS NOT UNDER RECALL AND IT WOULD COST ME $600 PLUS TO FIX. I WENT TO A DIFFERENT DEALER RECENTLY AND WAS TOLD THE SAME. THIS IS A SEVERE SAFETY ISSUE! BELIEVE THIS IS RELATED TO NHTSA ACTION NUMBER : RQ08005. *TR

THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE CONTACTED WHO REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 05V034000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE: STORAGE: TANK ASSEMBLY: FILLER PIPE AND CAP) BUT ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 86,000.
FUEL SPITS BACK FROM FILLER NECK WHEN FILLING THE TANK. THE FUEL SPIT BACK AND SPILLAGE IS OCCURRING AT THE LAST PORTION OF THE FILL ABOUT FIVE SECONDS AFTER THE NOZZLE KICKS OFF. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. FUEL ESCAPES FROM THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE FILLER NECK AT THE END OF REFUELING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND WAS SHE WAS ADVISED THAT THE FUEL TANK INLET CHECK VALVE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED ACCORDING TO RECALL NUMBER 09V003000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED, AND SHE WAS WAITING FOR THEM TO DECIDE IF SHE WILL RECEIVE A FREE REMEDY. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 82,000.
EVERY TIME I FILL UP WITH GAS, FUEL COMES GUSHING OUT OF MY FUEL TANK. AT FIRST, I THOUGHT IT WAS THE GAS STATION NOZZLE, BUT REALIZED THAT AFTER USING SEVERAL DIFFERENT STATIONS, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. AFTER COMPLETING SOME RESEARCH ONLINE, I SAW THERE WAS A SAFETY RECALL ISSUED FOR THIS SAME COMPLAINT. I THEN CONTACTED CHRYSLER AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE VIN ON MY VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE RECALL. I ASKED FOR MY NEXT STEPS, AND WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE DEALERSHIP, WHICH I DID, AND WAS TOLD I COULD PAY THE $100 DIAGNOSTIC FEE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE. BUT, I WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT SINCE MY VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE RECALL, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY "SEVERAL" HUNDRED DOLLARS TO GET IT FIXED. THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED, GAS SPEWED ALL OVER MY HANDS AND FEET. SO, AFTER CLEANING MYSELF UP THE BEST I COULD, I DROVE HOME SMELLING GAS FUMES. I HAVE TO LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY AND LOOK AT THE GALLONS ON THE FUEL PUMP TO DETERMINE WHEN I NEED TO STOP ADDING FUEL. I THEN GO TURN THE KEY TO SEE HOW FULL THE TANK IS. I THEN PROCEED AGAIN WITH THE SAME STEPS UNTIL I THINK I HAVE ENOUGH GAS OR AT TIMES, GAS COMES SPEWING OUT. I WOULD HATE TO THINK OF AN INJURY THAT COULD OCCUR TO MY EYES IF GAS GOT IN THEM DUE TO ME LISTENING SO CLOSELY FOR THE SOUND OF A "FULL" TANK. I HAVE SEEN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS IN WHICH THE VIN NUMBER WASN'T COVERED, AND I THINK THIS IS LUDICROUS, IF THERE IS A SAFETY ISSUE, IT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED. WILL IT TAKE THE ACTIONS OF MY LAWYER TO GET THIS RESOLVED?
FUEL SPILLS OUT OF FILLER NECK EVERY TIME I TRY TO FUEL UP NO MATTER WHAT STATION OR HOW SLOWLY I TRY TO FILL. I GET GASOLINE ALL OVER MY VEHICLE, MYSELF, AND THE GROUND. DODGE DEALER TOLD ME IT NEEDS A FUEL TANK REPLACED AT $750. I FIND A RECALL ON THIS EXACT PROBLEM FOR 2005 DURANGOS, BUT THEY TELL ME IT DOESN'T APPLY TO MINE. I JUST PURCHASED AN 05' DODGE DURANGO WITH THE 5.7 HEMI MOTOR. I HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE 1 MONTH AND IT HAS JUST STARTED STALLING ON ME. VERY SCARY SITUATION. IT HAS HAPPENED AT THE EXACT SAME SPOT BOTH TIMES. I HAVE RESEARCHED THIS ONLINE AND FOUND A COUPLE OF FORUMS WHERE THIS APPARENTLY A MAJOR ISSUE. UPON FUELING MY CAR, THERE IS ALWAYS A KICK BACK OF FUEL THAT ENDS UP SPILLING ON TO THE FLOOR OF THE GAS STATION. ACCORDING TO THIS SITE THERE ARE A COUPLE RECALLS FOR MY VEHICLE YEAR AND MODEL THAT REFERENCE A RECALL ABOUT THIS. I CALLED THE CHRYSLER CORPORATION AND THEY TOLD ME THAT MY SPECIFIC VEHICLE DID NOT QUALIFY. *TR
I OWN A 2005 DODGE DURANGO LIMITED THE DEALER SOLD TO ME & INSTALLED A STARTING SYSTEM AND A NAVIGATION SYSTEM. I HAVE HAD MY CAR SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND MY CAR JUST DOESN'T START. IT TURNS OVER BUT NO START. HE ALSO SAID LINCOLN TOWNCARS ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. *TR
WHEN FILLING THE GAS TANK, THE GAS WILL SPILL OUT OF THE HOLE WHEN IT IS ABOUT FULL. THIS WILL OCCUR EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO FILL UP THE TANK UNLESS YOU STAND BESIDE THE TANK AND LISTEN TO WHEN YOU THINK IT IS ABOUT FULL. SINCE THIS HAS HAPPENED, WE HAVE HAD THE GAS TANK REPLACED. DAIMLERCHRYSLER PUT A RECALL ON 26,000 VEHICLES FOR THIS SAME TYPE OF COMPLAINT. IT IS COMPLAINT # E01, BUT WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY ARE STATING THAT SINCE MY VEHICLE WAS NOT LISTED, IT WAS NOT PART OF THE RECALL AND ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. IT IS THE EXACT SAME COMPLAINT THAT THE RECALL WAS FOR. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. HE STATED THAT WHEN FILLING THE VEHICLE WITH GASOLINE, THE GASOLINE WOULD SPEW BACK OUT OF THE FILLER NECK. HE WAS ABLE TO LOCATE A RECALL CAMPAIGN FOR HIS YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL DESCRIBING THE SAME FAILURE HE WAS EXPERIENCING (NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID 09V003000: FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE: STORAGE: TANK ASSEMBLY) AND CONTACTED HIS DEALER. THE DEALER ADVISED HIM THAT HIS VIN WAS NOT LISTED UNDER THE RECALL CAMPAIGN AND THAT REPAIRS WOULD BE AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE ENTIRE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000 AND THE CURRENT WAS 71,300.
TICKING SOUND AND A EXHAUST SMELL IN VEHICLE CAUSED ME TO TAKE MY CAR TO A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP TO HAVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD GASKET REPLACED. THE TECHNICIAN FOUND THAT A BOLT HAD BROKEN OFF A WAS SITTING IN THE HEAT SHIELD. *TR
WHEN MY DURANGO IS FILLED WITH GAS IT WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY SHUT OFF THE GAS PUMP BUT INSTEAD GAS COMES SPITTING OUT THE FUEL OPENING. THIS OCCURS EVERY TIME THAT I FILL MY VEHICLE UP. I DO NOT FILL IT UP ANYMORE BECAUSE I DON'T WANT GAS ALL OVER MY CLOTHES, SHOES OR DOWN THE SIDE OF MY VEHICLE AND NOT TO MENTION THE PUDDLE OF GAS THAT ACCUMULATES ON THE GROUND. I NOTIFIED MY LOCAL DODGE DEALER AS WELL AS DAIMLER-CHRYSLER BUT WAS TOLD BY BOTH THAT MY DURANGO WAS NOT IN THE RECALL NOTICE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DOING THE SAME THING AS WHAT WAS DESCRIBED IN THE RECALL. THEY ADVISED ME THAT MY FUEL PROBLEM WAS PROBABLY SOMETHING ELSE ALL TOGETHER WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING IT OUT. I AM ON A LIMITED BUDGET DUE TO UNEMPLOYMENT AND I CANT AFFORD TO HAVE THE FUEL TANK REPLACED. I DON'T FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE TO REPLACE ANY PART ON THE FUEL SYSTEM BECAUSE I TRULY BELIEVE THAT MY INLET VALVE IS FAULTY DUE TO MANUFACTURERS ERROR. IN READING OVER THE RECALLS IT STATES THAT THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED AND NO OTHER VEHICLES WERE INVOLVED BUT DODGE DOESN'T EVEN WANT TO CONSIDER THAT MAYBE THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH ALL OF THE 2005 INLET VALVES. I JUST WANT TO FEEL SAFE AGAIN IN MY VEHICLE AND NOT AFRAID TO STOP AND GET GAS. *TR
WHEN FILLING GAS TANK, FUEL PUMP SHUTS OFF WHEN FULL, THEN GAS IS EXPELLED FROM THE TANK. MY CAR WAS MANUFACTURED IN DEC 04 AND THE RECALL COVERED CARS MANUFACTURED THROUGH NOV 04. IS THERE ANY RECOURSE OR APPEAL AVAILABLE TO GET THIS RECALL EXTENDED. CLEARLY DODGE DIDN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS THEY THINK THEY DID, JUDGING BY THE HUNDREDS OF US WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. *TR

THE DEALER ADVISED THAT THERE WERE NO RELATED RECALLS ON THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER INSPECTED NOR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 55,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 65,000.
RECENTLY, TOYOTA HAS HAD PROBLEMS WITH SPONTANEOUS ACCELERATION. IT APPEARS THAT BOTH FOOT PEDAL AND ELECTRONICS ARE AT FAULT. I BELIEVE THE PROBLEM MAY BE MORE WIDESPREAD. I OWN A 2005 DODGE DURANGO WHICH SUFFERED FROM SPONTANEOUS ACCELERATION. THE "BRAIN" HAD TO BE REPLACED TWICE. ONCE WHEN I GOT THE SUV AND LAST YEAR. IT WOULD BE INTERESTING IF THE ELECTRONIC COMPUTER PART OR PARTS WERE MADE BY THE SAME MANUFACTURER. IN BOTH OF MY CASES IT COULD HAVE BEEN DEADLY. PLEASE PASS THIS ON SO IT WILL NOT GET LOST IN THE "SHUFFLE". *TR

I READ ABOUT THE RECALL ONLINE AND HAD A NEW GAS TANK PUT IN TODAY, FREE OF CHARGE OF COURSE. THE PROBLEM IS AS SOON AS I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AND TRIED TO PUT GAS IN, THE SAME THING HAPPENED - MAYBE EVEN WORSE. THE PUMP NOW CUTS ME OFF EVERY 2-3 SECONDS. IT TAKES FOREVER!!!! I WENT BACK AND WAS TOLD THE RECALL WAS JUST FOR THE TANK AND IT'S "PROBABLY" A PROBLEM WITH THE FUEL FILLER TUBE???? HE QUOTED ME 264 + TAX JUST FOR THE PARTS OF SOMETHING THAT IS "PROBABLY" THE CAUSE. SHOULD THE FILLER TUBE HAVE BEEN REPLACED AS WELL? I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT I AM STILL EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM. ON 4 OCCASIONS MY VEHICLE HAS SHUT OFF WHILE TRYING TO TURN ON A INTERSECTION AT A LOW SPEED. ALL FLUIDS ARE IN THE CORRECT LEVELS AND NO FAULT LIGHTS APPEAR. THE VEHICLE DOES START NORMALLY AFTER A SECOND. THE INCIDENTS ARE SPORADIC HOWEVER ARE CONCERNING BECAUSE IT COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. THIS APPEARS TO BE A COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS TYPE OF VEHICLE AN MANY HAVE COMPLAINED. THE DEALER CAN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY CANNOT RECREATE THE PROBLEM AND COMPUTER DOES NOT SHOW FAULT CODE. I TRIED CONTACTING DODGE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT IT BUT THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP.

DRIVING MY 2005 DODGE DURANGO IN A HEAVY RAIN STORM AT NIGHT. THERE WAS A POP AND SOMETHING FLEW OFF FROM MY WIPERS THEN BOTH WIPERS GOT TANGLED UP. I COULDN'T SEE AS IT WAS A BACK ROAD. I HAD TO PULL OVER AND REMOVE THE PASSENGER SIDE WIPER FOR INSIDE OF THE DRIVER SIDE WIPER. I COULDN'T USE THE WIPERS AT ALL. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO MOVE THE PASSENGER SIDE WIPER ARM DOWN ENOUGH TO BE ABLE TO USE THE DRIVERS WIPER. HAD I BEEN IN TRAFFIC IT COULD HAVE BEEN VERY BAD. I CONTACTED DAIMLERCHRYSLER CORPORATION AND WAS TOLD MY DURANGO DID NOT FALL INTO THE NHTSA'S CAMPAIGN # 06V067000 EVEN THOUGH THIS ARM BREAKAGE IS WHAT THE NHTSA'S CAMPAIGNING IS SUPPOSED TO COVER. THE VEHICLE HAS 65700 MILES ON IT. THERE WAS NO INDICATION THAT THE WIPER WOULD FAIL SUCH AS RUBBING OR SQUEAKING. IT JUST FAILED. I KNOW THIS HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS A RECALL ON SOME VEHICLES I BELIEVE MINE IS ONE OF THEM. I HAVE A 2005 DODGE DURANGO SLT WITH A 5.7 HEMI. PROBLEMS WITH ENGINE STALLING.
