My entire chassis is rotting and I want to know if there is any way to file a complaint and have the dealer fix it.
I AM WRITING YOU NOW IT IS BECAUSE AT THIS POINT DRIVING MY 2013 INFINITY JX35 FOR THE SECOND TIME HAD PUT MY LIFE ON THE LINE. I WAS DRIVING ON 75 NORTH ON WESDNESDAY NOVEMBER 21, 2018 AROUND 4:30PM AND SUDDENLY, THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE OF MY CAR JUST CAME OFF CAUSING DAMAGE TO OTHER DRIVERS CAR. I ALWAYS SERVICE MY CAR AT INFINITY, DO ALL THE RECOMMENDED SERVICES ON THE CAR AND STILL CANNOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THAT CAR. I HAD A BRAKE SERVICE DONE ON MY CAR ON MY LAST OIL CHANGE WHICH HOWEVER IS NOW SHOWING THAT THE TIRES WERE NOT SCREWED PROPERLY ALL THE WAY. I AM SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED AND EVEN SCARE OF PUTTING MY FAMILY BACK IN THAT CAR. THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED, INFINITY DECLINED ALL RESPONSIBILITY STATED THAT IT LOOKED LIKE THE CAR HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT WHICH WAS NOT TRUE BECAUSE IT HIT THE SIDEWALK WHEN THE WHEEL STARTED SHAKING AND BOUNCED THE CAR. THE FIRST TIME RIGHT AFTER WE PURCHASED THE CAR, THE WHEEL STARTED SHAKING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AND BOUNCED THE CAR TO THE NEAREST SIDE WALK. THIS TIME, THE TIRE JUST RAN OFF OF THE CAR IN A MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY.
HOOD LATCH DOES NOT STAY LOCKED. THE HOOD POPS OPEN WHICH CAN CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
The contact owns a 2013 Infiniti JX35. The contact stated that the driver’s side sun visor was unintentionally lowering while driving at various speeds. The contact stated that the sun visor was obstructing his vision and had become a distraction while driving. The contact used a bungee cord to hold the sun visor in place to prevent failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was provided a case number and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 25,000.

OUR JX 35 HAS A ONGOING RATTLE IN THE CENTER STACK, MID-DASH AREA, JUST BELOW THE NAVIGATION AREA. I WILL BE TAKING OUR VEHICLE IN TO THE NEAREST DEALERSHIP (80MI ONE-WAY) ONCE THEY ACTUALLY RETURN MY APPOINTMENT REQUEST TO GET THIS RATTLE FIX (THIS WILL BE THE SECOND ATTEMPT!!!). *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 INFINITI JX35. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DASHBOARD MADE A RATTLING NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FIVE TIMES FOR THE SAME FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,809.
